The service from Northern Liberties Heating & Air has been exceptional! I've used them multiple times for both my heating and central A/C unit. When my heater stopped working in the middle of winter, I was in a panic. Virginia reassured me and ensured that they would resolve the issue quickly. It turned out that a bird had made a nest in the heater and got caught in the motor. Nestor cleaned out the dead bird and debris, ordered the necessary parts, and had everything fixed by the next day. He even went the extra mile by cleaning out all the ductwork, installing a new filter, and providing maintenance tips for the system.

As summer approached, my A/C stopped blowing cold air, and the house wouldn't cool below 80 degrees. Nestor came out the same day, identified the problem, and had it running cold again within hours. Nestor is personable, explains the issues clearly, and his rates are always more than fair. I appreciate his honesty and hard work. Finding this level of service is rare these days, so I'm grateful to have found this company. I would call them any time I have an HVAC issue. I recommend them to everyone I know.

Start to finish 10/10 experience with Nestor and his team. I was contacted almost immediately after my inquiry to schedule time (same day) to have the issue diagnosed. I was kept updated consistently on ETAs. That goes such a long way. Nestor is an awesome guy and is very professional and knowledgeable. I called for emergency service on my gas furnace that wasn’t heating my home. Nestor came within 2 hours and got my hvac system working in no time. Our heating went out in the middle of winter when it was 12 degrees out, a very busy time of the year for them. Nestor & his team still made time to get our entire 23 year old HVAC system replaced and fast! Even quicker than they anticipated. They were super kind and professional. The entire process was so easy & straight forward from the start. Nestor was very trustworthy and laid out my options in a way I could understand. He was upfront about the pricing of each option -- which were fair prices, in my opinion. He even taught me some stuff about my house I didn't know, which was neat lol.
