Really great experience. Fast, straightforward, knowledgeable. He came from the cookout on Memorial Day to fix our unit!

Good and quick service. Fair prices. Had a short circuit in my HVAC and Andrew, the technician was very thorough looking for it until found it. He explained everything as he was doing it and even responded questions I had about the system, not even related to the issue.

Just a few weeks ago, I had an issue with my Central Air furnace, where it wasn't blowing hot air out of the vents like it should. You could imagine the stress and aggravation it was causing me, especially with the fact this was all occurring during freezing weather. I contacted Superior Comfort, explained my emergency and made an appointment for the following morning. Technician arrived on time. He determined and solved the specific issue quickly and was very neat in the work done. He was also very knowledgeable, answering all of my questions. He even took his helpfulness a step further, by giving me tips (including what kind of air filters would work best with my unit and how regularly I should be changing them), in order to minimize the issue from happening again. Pricing was MORE than fair. My lasting impression is that of "Superior" professionalism, efficiency and pricing (when compared to other companies I've contacted, regarding the same issue). I highly recommend them and I, myself, will definitely be contacting them again, if I ever happen to come across any heating or A/C trouble in the future.

I had great service by Superior Comfort and Heating LLC TWICE! Once in 2022 and once in 2024. Superior Comfort was quick to respond, they kept me informed along the way, and they repaired my appliance asap.

Unfortunately when I went to fill out the automatic customer review when prompted asking how satisfied I was with the service, I hit extremely unsatisfied by MISTAKE. The app does not allow you to go back to correct your typo. This is very unfortunate. I've asked the company to allow people to correct typing mistakes.

I would like to say that I was EXTREMELY SATISFIED with their service and I would recommend Superior Comfort and Heating to anyone needing appliance repair work. Thank you very much.

My HVAC stopped producing cold air in the middle of a heat wave. SCH&C came out, during the weekend, on a last minute notice. They were able to diagnose the issue and resolve it quickly and at a very reasonable rate. Later that night I had a separate issue. They helped me via text diagnose the issue and even came out the next day to confirm that the diagnosis was correct. My A/C has been running smoothly ever since!

When our old AC unit blew, we canned SCHC based on their high rating and reported fast response time. Quabeer was able to show up the next day. He diagnosed problem (blown capacitor and compressor), old parts which require next day return. He showed up next day with parts and completed the fix.

Response time and fixing it right the first time were flawless.
My only advice for Q ahead would be "point-of-sale" details; dealing with customers in a bind:

- take time/offer to show/tell what is working/broken. Always offer the lesson.
- show/tell in writing that I'm getting a good deal on parts wherever possible even if it's rare/discontinued.
- customer should feel if/how tech is in a rush. Offering tea is not just about hydration.

Such "touchy feely" details help the customer needing some expert fix to feel they are being taken care of by the expert, and participating in that fix/service they pay for, and not trusting your word, reputation, or that you got to me first.

He was the best man for the job. When I called him. He came back, very professional took his shoes off when I asked him to. I would definitely hire him again.

My heating wasn't working after changing the thermostat but the air conditioning was. Three other companies came in and told me I needed a new furnace. Superior Comfort was able to determine that a wiring issue was preventing the thermostat from connecting with the furnace and fixed it. It's been working ever since. They also changed my hot water heater for much less than other quotes I received. Very knowledgeable, experienced, good natured, does a great job and has the best rates.

I had the pleasure of working with Quabeer from Superior Comfort Heating & Cooling, and I couldn't be more satisfied. He did a wonderful job fixing my A/C issues. Each time, Quabeer quickly identified the problem and provided an easy fix. The prices were great, and the response time was impressive. Highly recommend Quabeer for any heating and cooling needs!

Technician Qabeer was very knowledgeable and trustworthy. He fixed our heating unit in the nick of time and gave us some tips for better maintenance. You don't find that type of service these days!
