Had a great experience with this HVAC company brother came out solved the problem and was personable when fixing my heating system. Trust worthy 💯

Courteous, friendly, professional and answered all my questions - I would highly recommend his company.

I hired this technician to assess my non-functional heat pump based on many positive reviews, but my experience didn’t align with what others described. He recommended replacing my two-year-old system and proposed an expensive refrigerant recharge without first locating the leak — which seemed questionable.

A second technician later found a flare fitting that was only hand-tight and confirmed the system needed 6.5 lbs of refrigerant, not the 8 lbs quoted. I also found the pricing to be extremely high.

When I raised my concerns and declined to pay the assessment fee, I was told never to contact him again. I’m posting this to help others make an informed decision.
