Great service!
-
Excellent service, and very reasonable costs.
-
Only rating 1 star because 0 is not available. Absolutely terrible service.
-
AHS sent the team out and next day they were there to fix the unit.
-
Quality was very professional & remained until the job was finished and it it was not an easy task at all.!!! Had to locate a shorted tstat but he did it!
Thank you very much! -
My first time dealing with this company
If I can give 0 star I will
They are Very very very poor customer service
Unprofessional, very rude and disrespectful team, specially the lady answering the phone calls.
Putting customers on hold for long time and then just ending the call with no notice if you want to complain or not agreeing with them -
Keyon and Khalil worked like clock work to get our 3 floor boiler system back up and running. Called to let us know they were in route, got straight to work, explained the process, and cleaned up.
-
They will.not provide same day or 24 hour service. The person who answered their phone was impossible to understand. I needed my AC repaired and they told me it would take days before they came out. Stay away!! They are incompetent !!
-
I am extremely surprised with the bad reviews. I personally had an amazing experience with this company! The amount of professionalism and compassion for customers is phenomenal. I will definitely recommend to friends and family.
-
They were professional and knowledgeable. It was nice to have Quality Air come out so quickly. They resolved my issue and was very informative about my heating system and how to take care of it. Outstanding service
-
I was having issues with my central ac .
Keyon and partner came over, found and fixed the problem quickly.
He was very professional, confident, and easy to work with .
Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ -
I’ve been working with this unprofessional company for over a month to fix my central air conditioning. The owner Darren Massey is very ignorant and rude when I called for an already PAID services. His technicians did not understand or know the problem to fix my central air conditioner. Darren Massey got smart with me and told me I can find another company to work with, after my complaint. How unprofessional is that? I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this unprofessional company. I already paid for services that never got completed.

Great experience. Kaleel (sp?).and.Keyon were thorough, friendly and professional. Their inspection was comprehensive and they uncovered some minor issues that they said we're not urgent but to keep my eye on. Unlike the local guys I've used in the past for annual inspection and maintenance, they did not try to sell me on unnecessary replacement of my entire system.

I was assigned to this business through American Home Shield. I was told that a technician would arrive after 1 PM today. I heard nothing by 4:30 PM so I called in. I was told the technician had 1 more visit to make and would contact me by 5 PM or within an hour at the latest. It is now after 6 PM. I tried to call after 5:30 as it had been over an hour and the business apparently closes. There was not an option to be forwarded to a technician and I have not heard back after leaving a message. Quitting for the day when there are still outstanding calls is incredibly unprofessional. I am contacting AHS now to recommend that they never deal with this business again.

They were the assigned contractor from American Home Shield Warranty. They fit me in ASAP, were on time, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They got my AC up and running and checked for leaks. Ended up adding coolant but we are very thankful it was not anything worse.

We had an appointment to have our air conditioner serviced today. The tech was supposed to be here between 1-5pm. He never showed up. Never called. The office was closed after 5 so no one to talk to. I would have given no stars if possible. This does not bode well for their business. I would never recommend them. Thank God another company has agreed to come out tomorrow, a Saturday without the off hours fee

This company is absolutely horrific! I only had to use them because that is who my home warranty assigned them.
It started of good and went downhill. I put the service order in and called the company to ask for emergency service. I left a msg explaining my AC stopped working and i’s an emergency because I have a newborn and my wife just had a c-section and if they can please come out as soon as possible.
I got a call the next morning that he was coming. GREAT. He checked a few things and said he could not do anything that day cause the attic was too hot which I totally understood at the time. We left it at he will have his guys come on Wednesday early morning. Ok Fine, i will get a window unit and make it work for a few days. Not ideal but okay.
This is where it starts to get really bad. The window unit and one room confinement is not cutting it given our circumstances. Zero communication from there. Tuesday comes I have not heard anything so I call them. The receptionist says I will get a call back. They never call back. Wednesday comes and goes, still no call and they did not show up in the morning.
I call my home warranty company Thurs morning and explain the emergency situation I am in. They call Quality on my behalf, they come back me they will call me by 10. Of course 10am comes and goes without a call. I call around 12 and she has to call back. “Sorry we were busy on Tuesday” (mind you it is two days later) Once she does call me back, they tell me they can’t come back out until 7/29. That is 12 days later for them to diagnose the problem, not even to fix it. I explain the the women on the phone, again, I have a baby that is less than 2 wks old and a wife recovering from surgery. This is dangerous in 90 degree weather. I explained the the attic was very cool in the morning when i checked and tomorrow would be the perfect time since it was going to rain again. She says she will talk to the owner and call back. YUP you guessed it-NO call back.
Now i call my home warranty Again to further explain the obvious and extreme severity of the situation, so they again call Quality again only to be told to send the job to someone else Because they cant “diagnose” the problem until the 29th like they said.
So now a week later. I’m no closer to getting the AC fixed to keep my family safe from a heatwave, In fact i have to start from scratch. Countless hours trying to get this resolved while out of mind worried about my family. The fact they were going to send someone to my house to “diagnose” the problem 12 days later from the request and then potentially have to wait for parts and a day to do the work is absolutely Absurd and Unacceptable.
Here is some advice from one business owner to another. 1 Communication is Key and your company is terrible at it. 2 If you’re too busy too get back to people when you say you will, that is a serious problem! 3 If you are too busy that you can not get out to see someone until 12 days later for a diagnosis and potentially longer to actually do the work. It is your responsibility to tell the customer you can’t help them from the start and give them the option to make other arrangements. 4 You should have never took the job if you couldn’t do it! When its 90+ degrees and going to be 100 degrees on monday, EVERYTHING should be treated as an emergency and if you can not do the job, don’t accept it!
All in all, This is insanely dangerous! Then add in that two times I expressed that I have a days old baby in this heat and a wife recovering from surgery. Even more of a red flag that if you can not do the work in a timely manor you need to communicate that and allow someone else to do the work. Money aside. Have some human decency here when someone is telling you they are in a dangerously situation.
After reading some of the other reviews I see this is not an isolated incident, just business as usual for them. I hope that anyone that is considering using this company understands your lack of empathy, communication, integrity. Take it from me. They DO NOT care! -
American Home Shield sent Quality Air HVAC after my furnace started spewing water out of the pressure release valve.
Khalil made a quick evaluation, Derek performed the replacement of the valve and helped us make sure the system was up-and-running. Very happy we didn't have a bigger issue. Team was professional, friendly, and fast. -
They were assigned through my warranty company. I called the day after i made my request and got an appointment the same week. The contractors were scheduled to come between 10-2 and they came around 12:30. They were in and out within an hour. They were honest and did not try and up-sell me anything. My work was covered under my warranty (thank you!!) and they were kind and professional.

I am mystified by the poor reviews. My central air stopped working 10 days ago when it was 90°. I have a American home warranty - I made a claim on Thursday evening. AHS assigned the claim to this company. They called me first thing Friday morning to tell me they could come out Monday. They showed up when they were supposed to, diagnosed the problem (needed new control board), and told me the part for my very old system would take 7-10 business days to obtain. They called me this Monday to tell me part wasn’t in yet. They called me again this morning to say part arrived (8 business days) and they could come out today. They arrived when scheduled, replaced the part, and checked to make sure system was operating property. Everyone was professional and polite.

This review is based on my experience working with this company on an AC repair via American Home Shield warranty appointment.
Sadly, it was very poor experience both from customer service and from technical support. Secondary damage to the AC unit and basement was caused during repair and resulted in basement to flood leading to more property damage. My experience was in par with the 1 star reviews listed here. They refused to fast track the repair of the damage caused by their repair activity even after the warranty company requested expedited service. The supervisor never responded even though I requested call back several times.
Customer service: 0 / 5 (based on lack of follow up, rude communication, lack of professionalism)
Technical ability: 2/5 (some technicians are good. But there was secondary damage to the unit during first repair, refused to take responsibility and was not responsive to my request to address the issue in a timely manner and never followed up. They are not communicative and do not explain the technical issues clearly.
I hope the warranty company will remove them from the preferred contractors list in the future based on their poor incompetent service as evidenced by this and other multiple reviews here.
