When our AC broke down last summer we got an astronomical quote and mixed messaging from a competing HVAC provider so I reached out to Anthony and Justin at AJM for a second opinion and was blown away by the difference in service they provided. Justin was always very responsive, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and always took the time to explain the "why" behind his recommendations. It's clear he really knows his stuff and wants to do right by his customers. I'd highly recommend AJM to anyone who asked. Justin's kindness, professionalism, and skill really impressed my fiancé and me. 10/10 would recommend!

Both Anthonys were incredible, responsive, and professional. Our heating system managed to get filled with water due to a bad installation and stopped working last Friday. Anthony came out on Friday diagnosed the problem within minutes and then came back bright and early this morning and fixed it. He was fairly priced and he even managed to salvage a piece instead of having to replace it. Really really great work. Cannot recommend them enough.

I worked with Anthony and Justin, they were amazing!! We had a new HVAC system installed in our new property in Philly, and we were in DC. They worked with us over the phone, and provided us all the details and pictures. They quickly got it installed before we moved in.

We nee3ded to replace our furnace, AC and heater. I contacted AJM, and the entire process, from the first response to our inquiry to the follow up on the equipment functioning was excellent, professional, friendly and timely. Justin came to assess our equipment (that was pretty much in life support), and gave us a fair estimate. The follow up, contract signing and delivery and installation of the equipment was very easy. He answered questions and promptly responded and corrected an error with the heater that we got at first. His employees, Yuri and Volo were extremely friendly, polite, professional and skillful. They did an excellent job, communicated with us through the entire process, and even performed a manual cleanup of the area where they installed the equipment. We got a refund for the difference between the thermostat that they quoted and the one we actually got (we didn't like the quoted one). I highly recommend AJM Mechanical HVAC. The quality of their delivery and customer service are worth every penny.

The team at AJM went above and beyond helping us remedy an ongoing leak with our mini split. Justin was prompt and professional throughout the whole process. They provided multiple solutions to replace the AC unit and thoroughly discussed each option to ensure we received the solution that best suited us. Yuri and the installation team did a great job making sure the unit was properly installed and running efficiently. After a long day they even took the time to make sure all the finishing details were done. We would recommend Justin, Yuri and the crew 10 out of 10 times.

The entire installation department was helpful, punctual and all around a joy to work with. The clerical portion was easy and the install itself even better. They left my house the same as when they walked through the door. We are absolutely ready for the summer and I can sit back knowing I won’t have to worry about my kids being miserable in our hot house. So my condo HVAC unit died. Could not fix. Decided to put in split units. Called AJM who a friend reccomended and they sent Anthony out for quote next day. Anthony was easy to work with and sent me fair quote right away. Set up install for following week. Yuri came and it was not an easy job. He was so smart and so professional with great problem solving skills. Took a day and an half and crew kept my place clean from dust entire job. Excellent Service. Fair prices. Highly recommend!

First time out AJM rushed a fix up job on my heater/boiler without checking if everything inside was cleaned out , despite being asked to , two weeks later had a carbon monoxide scare at 4AM and needed to evacuate my family out of my house. Charged a lot of money to not properly assess if everything was safe for me and my family. After the fact at least they sent a new worker out to clean out and check on everything at no charge.

We needed to replace our 65 years old Mini Therm gas boiler. Anthony installed a new Laars Mini-Therm JX gas boiler for our under floor heating. The price was good and the installation came pretty good as well. The job was done for 5 hours. I would highly recommend AGM Mechanical HVAC and especially Anthony with whom I worked during the entire process: getting a quote, obtaining a loan, installing the new boiler and disposing the old one.

Heat stopped working. Called AJM with a furnace repair need on a Sunday morning. They promptly responded to confirm they had manpower available and immediately scheduled an HVAC technician to investigate the issue and repair the unit. Anthony showed up an hour later all the while being in communication via text on his ETA. He was polite and knowledgeable and was great with my dog. Before I knew it the heat was working again and the work was completed for a fair price. I will be sure to call them again for any mechanical needs I may have in the future! Highly recommend!

AJM Mechanical was courteous, friendly, and accommodating from the first phone call, to the first consultation, to the end of the job. The entire process felt easy and effortless. We had a 36,000 BTU Ductless AC/Heat pump Daikin system installed with four mini-splits throughout the house. Justin was very knowledgable, never pushy, and always listening to my ideas and making the job a custom fit for my house. The installers were on time if not early each day. They were polite, professional, cleanly, and worked tirelessly to ensure the job was done properly. A neighbor several doors down from me recommended AJM to me. My wife and I are very pleased with the quality of their work, their professionalism, and how they were there every step of the way to make sure our needs were met.
