Rob was super helpful and communicative throughout the job for my bathroom reno (new exhaust fan, new led lighting, outlet adjustments). He walked me through different options and pricing, gave his recommendations, and kept me updated throughout the day. Great price, great work- highly recommend!

My job was one that seemed simple on paper - to swap out two ceiling light fixtures. However, in old houses there are always surprises and we definitely ran into several during this job. Joe was incredibly knowledgeable and dedicated to getting my wishes completed and overcoming these obstacles in a safe way. He thoroughly explained everything that was going on along with my options. In order to get the job done, he stayed late 2 days, and at the end of the job both of my light fixtures were installed (one of which required new wiring when we ran into knob and tube) and everything was patched and vacuumed up very nicely. I definitely recommend Joe and this company and was very pleased with the results. Thank you!

Gen3 did such a great job on our electrical today. They are so reliable and competent! They were scheduled to come to fix one thing, and another issue came up before the appointment. They were able to fix both issues in the one visit. Great communication as well. Thank you!

Joe spent eight days rewiring my house and he was the best guy you could ask for to spend 8 days with -- not only did great work, but was friendly, reliable, professional and seemed on really good terms with all his teammates, working inside and outside my house. He stayed late to get things done and left my house in good shape every night. Even my finicky dogs adored him. I highly recommended him!

I had an in-home estimate with Rob from Gen3 Electric & HVAC and had a great experience. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. Rob took the time to understand my situation, listened to my concerns, and clearly explained the available options without any pressure or hard sell. Everybody who helped me with this heating debacle from Gen3 was great. Mel first came to diagnose the issue and was kind, on time, and informative. When it turned out that I needed a new boiler, Jeff came the following day and assessed the current boiler and made recommendations for me. I didn’t feel that it was a sales pitch, I felt he was showing me my best options and speaking frankly about costs and benefits. Then, Eric and Sam came the following day to haul out the old boiler and install the new one. Eric and Sam did a great job despite some surprise setbacks (PECO shut off electricity for several hours for maintenance!). They managed to get the job done in one day even when there was no power for a large portion of the day! They were kind and respectful of my space and made sure to give me a walkthrough of the new boiler and answer any questions I had. This was a great experience all around, and I’m impressed and grateful for how quickly Gen3 was able to get me heat again :)

I needed a few outlets replaced, Gen3 did that and then some. The electrician, Nell Cherry, did a phenomenal job - he replaced the necessary outlets, but also looked at our breaker and made recommendations for additional upgrades for overall safety and efficiency. Nell was very nice and professional and made a point to give explanations on everything he recommended. Would definitely use them again.

We had a wonderful experience with the entire Gen3 team and our installers Eric and Cush in particular. They were super friendly and personable, just really nice guys to work with. The installation went very smoothly and was completed right on time. All the way through our boys were diligent, professional and quiet, and always available to answer questions. Won't be able to fully test the A/C until next summer, but the heat was most welcome right off the bat. Why did we wait 27 years to do this?!

Gen3 was amazing in every aspect. Communication was thorough. The Rep (Pat) who came out was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. The crew who came out to do my install were friendly, clean, and efficient. I had Jordan K install a dryer vent that I’ve been wanting since I moved in. He came to check out an outlet tripping in my laundry room and ended up proposing for the vent work which I’d been wanting forever, once I finally scheduled he was back out and finished before noon! Super helpful, I feel relief when I get to work with these folks knowing it’s going to be a job well done at a reasonable price!

Joe H. from Gen 3 Electric came out to our home today to install a radiant heater in our office. He was on time, courteous and clearly knew what he was doing because it's no longer freezing in our office Lol! Thanks to Joe and Gen 3 Electric for the great work. I'll also add that during the estimating process, they were very responsive and nothing short of professional. We would definitely use them again. Highly recommend!

Jerry did a very thorough analysis of our 2 electrical panels and then pricing to add a breaker and 2 outlets. He explained everything along the way, including options, and was very professional, knowledgeable and communicated clearly. He was neat and methodical, and treated our home with respect.
Although the work hasn’t been done yet, we would feel comfortable with Jerry completing the job.

We had Nell come out to perform some electrical work for us. We are very pleased his service as he was professional, informative and efficient. Would definitely recommend Nell and Gen3 for any electrical work you need done in your home for quick, quality and reliable service. They get our highest recommendation. We'll definitely be using them again in the future if needed.

The electrician, Will S., was very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. He walked me through everything that needed to be done after I explained my concerns. Will explained things in a way that I understood. My rating is based on my interaction with the electrician to get an estimate. Work has not been done yet. However, Gen3 has done previous work on my gas heater and I had no complaints.

GEN3 never fails to provide awesome service. This time I had Rob P. come out, immediately after a snowstorm mind you, and do great work. He was a pleasure to chat with and was super detailed/informative in his explanations of what needs to get done. GEN3 is always communicative, prompt, and most importantly pleasant to deal with.

Brian Johnson was a service tech. What an amazing job he did. He came on time he cleaned up. He was very respectful of my place. Explained everything to me and was very very detailed with his work if I needed a service or repair I would request him. The company GEN3 has been easy to deal with from the time. I reached out to them to get a maintenance plan and this is our first maintenance visit with them. I have been impressed with their service thus far.

Pat from Gen3 Services came to my home to provide an estimate for a mini-split system, and I was very impressed. He was respectful, thorough, and took his time explaining how everything would work. I didn’t feel rushed, and all of my questions were answered clearly. It made the process feel much more comfortable and straightforward.

We have been customers of Gen3 for years and would not use any other electrical service company. Coming off two week’s major work in our house we are again appreciative of the Gen3 team. Of special note, Mar and Brandon have done an amazing job all around. They are a terrific team who clearly provide expert work; thorough, considerate, and dedicated all around. GEN3 Electric processed my house’s needs FAST and EFFICIENTLY. Will, the technician, address my initial issue with an old unused circuit line, and cured related issues I raised questions on. CLEAR choices were offered to me and how much I wanted to move forward with, without aggressive salesmanship tactics. I was kindly shown an outline of cost and work to be done, FAIR pricing and an estimate of time it would take to complete the tasks. Will had contacted a colleague to help expedite the workload sooner. Will even replaced my old overhead basement dangling lighting fixtures with NEW fixtures securely complementary! All the work done is backed by a 2-YEAR WARRANTY! Thank you GEN3, I would recommend to anyone!
