Today 6-5-23 I called to report an issue with the Condensation water leaking into my basement and the unprofessional supervisor Mr.Benito got on the phone and Contradicted what I was saying,I sent him a video and pictures of the leak not once was he man enough to call me back and apologize for his Unprofessionalism. And the whole job is a mess from the beginning because it was being paid by a program, so they short cutted corners to save money,I agreed on 1 job Mr.Benito shows up and completely changed what I agreed on because it was gonna be alot more work Mr.Benito short cutted my job and now he wants to give me attitude when I call to have something corrected. Martin Bean was reported to the Bbb was well. Not good even if I did call upset which I didn't.

Martin Bean HVAC converted my heater from oil to gas. They arrived in a timely manner and at all times they conducted themselves professional and were courteous. They placed mats down on my floor to keep it clean and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them to anyone for their professional service.

I called Gen3 due to an issue I was having with my heater. Their estimate/initial service call process is affordable and easy. On the day of the appointment, Mel was very professional and helped me understand what was going on with the system. He also took time to review the annual service package and associated options from Gen3. I will be using them again.

Steve provided exceptional service, was very knowledgeable, and made understanding the work, and solutions easy. He even broke down different solutions to us so we could make an informed decision! These guys were great!!! Called them up, scheduled for them to come look and repair/ change an outlet, and turns out some other minor electrical work needed to be done as well. The service was amazing from start to finish!!! Would gladly recommend these guys to anyone. Thanks again Gen 3!!!

We had Chris to service our furnace. He was very professional and offered to show me all the components and everything that he was checking. Basically teaching me HVAC while working. He did a great job and showed me options for upgrades to our system along with detailed quotes and photos of the work he did. Well worth the reasonable cost for everything.

Jonathan was incredibly helpful in fixing our heating system. He was prompt, professional and thorough. I couldn’t recommend GEN3 enough, will refer to all my friends and family!

GEN3 Electric did a superb job handling a much needed fix for my electric in my basement. I knew that the electric was an issue when my brand new dryer stopped working. I thought to myself it can’t be the dryer! So I set up an appointment for a GEN3 electrician to do an assessment. My electrician Will was very professional and knowledgeable. He found so many safety hazards and a botched panel. He pointed out all the things that needed to be repaired and sent me a quote with different pricing levels and a financing option. He repaired my panel, added a surge protector, and let me know that their work comes with a warranty. He brought so many other items up to code. I am satisfied with the work that was completed.

Ed Callahan came and assessed our kitchen lighting system, which included multiple fluorescent lamp sets that were installed many years ago. One of the sets was completely out, and others were wearing out bulbs. Ed recommended a new LED system which provides much more brightness and will serve us for many years at a low cost.

Ed was punctual, answered our questions clearly, and was helpful and left our kitchen clean and looking great after he completed the installation. The kitchen looks great with the new lighting system. We’re delighted with Ed’s service!

We had a great experience with GEN3 and specifically the electrician, Nell, who was assigned to our job. Nell was brilliant to work with, he walked through the scope of the project and was extremely patient with us as we talked through various options. He helped install new light fixtures, one of which was more complex than planned, and we really appreciate his perseverance, communication, and good nature throughout the project. GEN3’s communication and scheduling system was also easy to navigate and transparent, which we appreciated.

Background: I do not know anything about any heating systems and am always super nervous about cold calling for these professional services. So I wanted to make sure to leave a review for anyone else in a similar situation. This was one of the best experiences I've ever had with a professional coming into my home. Cai was respectful, knowledgeable, and patient with all my questions. They fixed everything that day and the pricing was fair. I will be using their services exclusively moving forward! Scott and Carl were great to work with. We did a DIY kitchen remodel and they offered great advice on how to make the electrical work best and their work was top notch. We were super pleased with their work!

10 stars!!! Ky was amazing!!!!! Great communicator. Throughout the appointment, he was calm, attentive, and solution driven. He took time to thoroughly examine the issue with the HVAC and explained options to me on the phone, while also communicating with the tenant. In addition, he went above and beyond to secure the part and install the same day. Wow!!!! He indicated it could take a day or so, if in stock, but the effort to resolve the issue immediately was first class! I will 1000% use this company again and I hope this review does some justice to show my gratitude for the service. Much appreciated, Ky we both thank you.
