Whichever person drives PA truck ZWH-9066 is reckless, regularly blowing stop signs to rush incoming traffic by the Johnson & Johnson on Camp Hill Rd. Insane.

I was ran off the road by one of your techs this morning. On 295 north bound around exit 29. The tech was definitely speeding for the rainy conditions that we were driving in.The van had blown out left tail light.
The tech was operating your vehicle in a unsafe and reckless manner and with no concern of other commuters
He came completely in the that I was in, and continued to speed down the highway with no regard of any other commuter.
He had no turn signals on at anytime
I sure this isn't how you want your tech to represent your company
Or treat your companies property

For a company that very apparently supports law enforcement, they drive like they’re above the law. Saw a driver in south Philly on 5/20 make many illegal and dangerous maneuvers that almost hit multiple cars and cyclists. If you’re going to support “law and order,” I’d recommend following the laws and respecting the order of traffic but hey at least they have a sticker to make themselves feel good

Half fixed walk in freezer a was running right temperature for one month later temperature went back up and walid claims to have fixed a small leak and put fresh refrigerant. Called him yesterday and sent him messages and getting left on read and delivered. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS GUY. He is here to take ur money without doing proper work.

I had a bad experience with Elite Heating and Air Walid with my walk in freezer Before even checking anything he acted like he already knew what was wrong He said there was a 3 month warranty but when it broke again he denied it After a week the temperature went back up and stopped freezing because the refrigerant leak was not fixed properly I wasted money and the freezer never got fixed right which messed things up for my business When I tried to contact him again he left me on seen and didn’t reply take your business to a bigger company with more reviews not these people

I came home from vacation to no heat in below freezing temperatures. I called at 6:30PM for service and Wally was out before 8PM to diagnose the problem. Unfortunately he needed to order the part, but was back and my heat was fixed by 10AM the following day

Walid is extremely professional. There’s never been a problem that he hasn’t been able to solve at any job that I have sent him to and I haven’t had no callbacks on any of the jobs that he has done once he does it once there is no problems. Unlike a lot of other people you have to call them back. He’s just very thorough with it.

I highly recommend Walid for HVAC work! Our 3-ton unit's compressor went out during a heatwave, and Walid was a lifesaver. He was punctual, diagnosed the issue quickly, and explained the repair process clearly. He replaced the compressor efficiently and made sure the entire system was balanced and cooling perfectly before leaving

I had an issue with my Whirlpool refrigerator cooling and freezing. I contacted Sears who sent Walid from Elite out to my address the same day. He was able to diagnose the issue within mins. He came back the next day to replace the compressor which took a couple hours. Turned out the compressor i received from Sears came defective but Walid remained patient and tried different techniques to try to get the compressor to work. I ended up having to reorder a new compressor from Sears to be delivered the next day. Walid did not charge for the day of incomplete work and came back the next day once I received the new compressor. He installed it within 2 hrs and it worked. His price for labor was reasonable and I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs their refrigerator or cooling system fixed. He is very knowledgeable and came with all the tools, equipment and spare parts needed for the job.

From the very beginning, Eddie and Faheem provided great communication and service for a very complicated project. I live in a old house built in the 1910's and not design for HVAC. The project included removing the old radiators with the pipes, removing the boiler, replacing the gas water heater with electric water heater so I could remove the chimney and install the hvac furnace and AC condenser. Note, this project included multiple contractors and hvac was just one portion.

This project was also saved by them because my original GC that was supposed to do the install became MIA but i had already bought furnace and AC. Most contractors that I called did not want to touch the system as it was not bought by them but Good Brothers came in quick to help by ensuring they will put it in and check it over to make sure everything is working. Out of 15 different contractors that I called. Only Good Brothers was about thr 11th contractor but provided a quote on time and before the other 10. This is amazingas good help is hard to find. The quote was detailed and reasonable price but the real sell was they stayed in constant communication when i had a question.

With a project like this the unknowns are endless as they tried to plan as much as possible to run the duct work in a old house. Hiccups was bound to happen but they always showed up and try to point out what was the next area they was going to hit. This was great as it's not idea to do major construction projects while living in the same house. Even with the small changes that occurred, Good Brothers tried to stick with there original quote which I know is not hard but I am forever grateful as my budget could not afford major deviation from it especially since I was GC of the project.
