Highly recommended. I was having issues with my furnace and radiator and gave NextGen a call. Jonathan was able to come out within a couple of hours and quickly get my heat up and running again. He walked me through and clearly explained the issues I was having after his diagnosis. Appreciated his expertise and will be calling them again with any future HVAC issues.

Called NextGen on 1/28/26, Johnathan spoke with me about the issue with my heater and scheduled to come out the next day. John came within the timeframe given, diagnosed and fixed the issue which turned out to be a dirty flame rod. Very professional, nice and honest. I highly recommend using NexGen for your HVAC needs like I plan too in the future for maintenance and anything else if needed.

Stay away. Recommended and sold us a TRANE air conditioner, paid $5K for it, serviced it annually, "Control board for blower" dies after 4 years in July during 100 degree weather. 4 days for ERS to effect repair.....paid a total of $600 to get the A/C working again. NOT Efficient, NOT Reliable. I only put 1 star because 0 stars is not accepted.

Several years ago, they fixed my heater for half the price of Horizon. When it was time to replace the heater and A/C, they had the best price. Very friendly and accommodating!

AC Died during hot stretch in July. George came out fast and told us our options. Ended up replacing Heater &AC (Both were old and unreliable). Fast work. Matt & George got the new units installed fast. Price was right.

We called Philadelphia Heating and Air Conditioning after hours and they still helped us the next morning. Great service, clear communication, and affordable pricing. Our AC has been working perfectly since. Highly recommend them.

I called and got some kind of front for Angie’s list. They asked me a bunch of questions and asked me if I consent to promotional communications. The blurb the guy rattled off said that consent wasn’t necessary for service. When I declined, he said they couldn’t provide service without it. I tried to get clarification but he was rude and talked over me so I just hung up.
