Jonathan was super efficient and knew exactly what was wrong within a 2 min phone call. Arrived when he said he would and fixed the issue quickly. Super appreciative of this service especially considering the 95 degree July Sunday timing of it - the last place I called said they didnt have any availbility until 5 days from now. Would highly recommend this business.

The first HVAC tech we called told us we would have to replace the whole system,l. The Next Gen tech assessed that we only needed a part replaced, saving us something like $10,000.

Jonathan was excellent. We had a problem with two units, and he not only found the problem and fixed it but also followed up several days in a row to ensure it was working fine. He stopped by our location and made sure it was working correctly. Happy with their work!

He serviced my furnace, took care of everything that needed to be done, answered my questions and informed me of what was completed, and what I needed to know.

Jonathan thoroughly checked everything out and even checked the heating and air conditioning pipes outside (incoming and outgoing air). He mentioned that they were too close to each other and facing the same way. Jonathan added an extension to one of the pipes to increase the length and made it face the opposite way.

Jonathan helped me out last year when my central air conditioning unit was not working. A representative from another company tried to sell me a new unit for over $8,000, without even taking apart the unit to see what the problem may have been.

After researching and finding another company, I contacted Jonathan. He came over right away, opened up the unit, All I needed was a simple item to be replaced which cost me $150.00 for the part and his service!! What a tremendous difference!

I have recommended Jonathan to my friend and will happily continue to use his services.

Jonathan was great. We wanted a second opinion on a boiler issue and John came out that night. He gave us a detailed report and was beyond helpful and kind. We will be using NextGen for all HVAC issues moving forward.

I have no knowledge of HVAC and called this guy this afternoon because a previous tech left my AC not working. Fella said "I'd hate to charge for a service call, sounds like you just need to flip a switch" and told me where to find the switch I needed to flip. Now everything works great. So many contractors would have realized I'm a no-nothing idiot, charged me for service and at least a half dozen parts I don't need. These guys told me how to fix it over the phone. Unbelievable kindness, I know who I'm calling when stuff really breaks.

Jonathan was GREAT! Knowing of the weather change, he went beyond fitting me into he’s packed schedule to see that my brand new combo-heating unit was installed and I had heat before it got too cold. Good Job👍🏽

Called on a Sunday for urgent repair of HVAC that wasn’t running just before the onset of a heatwave. Jonathan came same day and made the repair. Diagnostics were fast and he was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Will definitely use them again!

After giving me good advice on mini splits, I had NextGen come back for general maintenance on my very old heating unit. They are efficient, good at assessing the situation and communicating any problems, and are honest and knowledgeable. I recommend them if you have any heating or cooling needs in Philly.
