After a few years of use, our air conditioner began to run very noisy. Mark came to us and quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the necessary parts. It was clear that the master was really experienced.

They were great! The technician warned me when they would arrive, so I didn't think or waste time waiting. Once here, he was quickly able to find out the root of the problem and fix it. Very professional. I have signed up with them for maintenance twice a year so that this will not happen again.

A very cool company. The manager is nice and friendly, he tells everything clearly and precisely, to the smallest detail. Our request was quickly accepted and the next day the masters arrived. The guys who installed the air conditioner are also nice and friendly, cheerful, do everything clearly and quickly. My air conditioner went out today, this morning in the middle of a heat wave. I called several companies, including one with which I have a "service membership" and which heavily advertises on the radio for 24-hour emergency service. None of them were able to respond before a few days later this week.
AL Group HVAC Repair & Installation answered my call at 11:00, and 3 hours later a service technician came to my house (on time). The repair was complicated, but quick and at a reasonable price. I am writing this review in the cool comfort of my home office at 72 degrees.

Al Group HVAC was great! Alex had been out to do a few repairs on our 31 year old AC system last year. We knew we needed a new one and called them back for replacement system this year. Setting this up behind the scenes with the help of Josh and Alex was seamless. Both extremely help. Responded to texts and emails promptly and professionally. German the installer was great. He was on time and started working on replacing the unit right away. German was pleasant and friendly. Kept the areas he was working in clean and organized. He is a hard worker and explained everything we needed to know about our new unit which is working great!
