I found out about AL Group HVAC after calling all the big companies and they were unable to help me solve the problem. I called them and they quickly arranged for a technician to come to my house. He was able to arrive on time and give me an estimate for a brand new air conditioning system with a furnace. He came out an hour early to install the new system. He showed me and explained things as he was installing. He did a great job. I recommend them.

We needed some work done on our heater since the inside wasn’t getting above 60 and full winter wasn’t even here. I put in a request Sunday night and Alex arrived the next afternoon at my requested time.
He was thorough in diagnosing and made sure to take pics to share so I would see too. He even found a small gas leak that I fixed quickly.
He found the issues and was able to give me a fair quote on parts and labor. Then he was able to fix both systems in no time.
This was my 2nd time using them and I will def call back as needed. I would highly recommend for all your HVAC needs.

Alex, from AirLife Smart HVAC and Air Purification, is extremely honest, competent, warm and responsive. I purchased a heat pump system from him in 2022. The install was flawless and his follow up servicing has been terrific.

Alex is awesome, he takes his time explaining everything that he does and double checks to make sure you know the price for everything. The scheduling was easy and Josh in the office was very responsive.

We paid for the original diagnostic and Alex was at our house for several hours troubleshooting and figuring out what was wrong with our HVAC system, then sat down with us to explain what was time sensitive, and what could wait. We were so impressed that when our furnace broke Called him back and had the same experience.

A cooling tower is what they installed for me and it's working beautifully so far. What I like specifically about Baikal Mechanical’s cooling tower is that it's a lot more functional and responsive than the traditional cooling tower my manufacturing center was relying on before. Baikal Mechanical installed it for a price that was well within our budget, and they don't even charge if I need them to perform maintenance work. Could anything be better? Not at all.

I had asked another contractor to install an Ecobee thermostat for us. Turns out it had been wired incorrectly, and it blew a fuse. Jonathan was able to get to my home the same day I called him, was in and out within 10 minutes and had my system back up and running. Pricing was reasonable as well. I would highly recommend them!
