FRAUD!! Warning, don't let this guy in your house!
This guy sold himself as an HVAC repair person!
He pulled up in an old car and after 8 hours the heater was in worse shape that when he got there. He couldn't light the pilot!
He charged me $560.00 for parts + labor.
The next day I called a professional and it turned out that Miquel installed the wrong part.
He keeps requesting more money via VENMO.
DO NOT CONTACT HIM. He will rip you off!

If you want to watch your new equipment installed improperly and get property damages, hire this genius. Here are some of the things you will definitely get: duct openings bigger than flex tubes, fryed valves, refrigerant sealant, refrigerant leak, not pulling vacuum, bent and drilled air handler, torn air handler insulation, cable rated for indoor use installed outdoor, incorrect wiring for emergency sensor, incorrect drainage, flooded attic ...etc.

On September 23, 2025, I paid Miquel a $2,800 deposit for an AC repair. On two consecutive days, he was very late to start the repair. Due to this, we decided to pause the job as I was traveling and Miquel was unable to meet the expectations he set regarding time. Miquel then informed me that he would not be completing the work and would refund me.

It has now been 3 weeks and I have not recieved my $2,800 deposit back.

Miquel then informed me he is unlicensed, and uninsured. I am now moving to resolving this legally. If Miquel has improperly serviced your system, you may want to consider retaining legal counsel.

I called Kelly Heating and Air Conditioning when my heater wasn’t working and after another HVAC Contractor was out for 2 hours and couldn’t figure out the problem and wanted to replace a part that was 200.00 and still charged me a Service Call fee. Pat Kelly found the issue in 15 minutes and it was a wire that the previous contractor put back wrong. SMH. Give Kelly Heating and Air Conditioning a shot for all your HVAC needs.

My heat is NOT turning on. Unit put in 2 years ago. This is going to be the 2nd winter ever using it. Only reason I am even on this review page is bc I am hoping you see this and CALL US BACK. Called about 6 times in the last two weeks. I just don’t know where the communication breakdown is happening? Is the answering service people even giving you the messages???? Extremely frustrating.

The owner was kept in contact before coming which was reassuring. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. My heating issue was resolved and I would highly recommend Kelly Air Conditioning and Heating.

These were some of the most unprofessional people to ever come into my house. The owner, Pat, talked about what an easy job it would be without doing anything other than looking around. Guess what? Paid for a new a/c that doesn’t work. Even though Pat was absolutely sure replacing the compressor would solve the problem. Then -AFTER installing a new a/c -Pat said it was because we needed a 30 amp breaker. Electrician came out and showed us the breaker was already 30 amp. They used profanity, made a mess and left their trash. Have a new unit that won’t run. It can’t really get worse...

Conversion from oil heat to gas heat completed, except the unprofessionalism of work prep, like not putting drop cloths down BEFORE doing any work. Leaving the basements finished mint green carpet saturated dirty & looking like a stained mud room floor in the middle of my basement carpet in front of the enclosed work area. I had took off from work to address the issue with the Kelly employees as i was informed by Pat the senior employee that if he had to, that he would bring his personal steamer carpet cleaner to remove the soil spots in the stained carpet.. They completed there installment and have departed. With over 10k + worth of parts, labor & service charges. The clean up after the work that was completed could have been 98 1/2% better & more thorough and professional. The minimal clean up after paying for this service & installment should've been addressed professionally. Now I have to clean carpets up behind grown men because they saturated and stained my basement carpet and departed. Pat and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with! He was able to visit my house, get me a quote, schedule an install, and install a ductless system faster than some other companies could even get me a quote! Gas leak was ignored and technician just Jammed the door to the heater on incorrectly and turned the heater back on even though the gas company PGW turned it off because of the gas leak. They turned it back on just to continuously leak GAS to myself and my family putting us at risk
