I've called My Philly Heating twice to service my central AC unit within the last year. The service team was super polite and were very knowledgable and transparent with the details of the maintenance service. They explained what the problem was as well as what they were doing to fix it. For their expedient response, quality of service, and readily available parts, it was a very reasonable price! My Philly Heating installed two new heaters at my duplex. Unfortunately, they only replaced the expansion tank on one unit, leaving the old, rusty one on the second heater. This oversight required me to hire another company to come out and correct the incomplete work. Disappointing quality control on what should have been a straightforward installation.

Whatever you do, do NOT go anywhere near the KMart. There's a crazy security guard who will yell at you for taking pictures or even being anywhere near the parking lot. Look up philly captain kmart on youtube and you'll see what I mean!

Terrible job I don’t recommend

After getting rescheduled over and over by another local HVAC company, I was referred by a family member to Philadelphia's Heating & Air Conditioning. This company scheduled me the next week! The gentleman was extremely nice and thorough! We really appreciate the good service and will call them for now on!

Zurn fixed a leak in our basement by replacing a condensate pump and unclogging the A/C drain. They were kind and professional.

He came out to Delaware County (Glen Mills area) and did a great job at a great price. Ihor repaired some old duct work and installed a new dryer vent. I will call Leopolis Service again when I need work.

Solid guy. Does not try to up sell you, tell you whats exactly wrong and fixes it for incredibly reasonable prices. Performs quality work, which is rare nowadays.

Should of called him from the beginning because finding reliable contractors is a pain.
