Matt and his guys came through to check on our boiler and water heater last week as part of an annual maintenance. They came highly recommended in our neighborhood. They did same and next-day repairs/replacements as needed, and Matt even offered to come check out a malfunctioning dishwasher for us this week. Bellina offers fair pricing, quick and clean work, and a down-to-earth experience. We will be using them moving forward for any heating related issues. Thanks, Matt!

***FRAUDULENT BUSINESS***

Phil Wood and this company performed FRAUD and SCAMMED US and continues to LIE AND SCAM. In the process of filing a complaint with Dept of State and going to small claims court for $650. He stated he replaced our pump on our heater and in fact did not. WE HAVE OUR OLD PUMP. He left within 15 minutes of showing up at our home and took with him $300 in cash and $350 on card. He left us with a receipt for $350 which did not depict what we actually paid him and no invoice. FRAUDULENT AND SCAM. TAKE CAUTION.

We got a brand new heat pump system from PYK. I was very satisfied with their work. They did a solid job were easy to schedule with. They also cleaned up when they were done. We are nice and cool this summer with our brand new Goodman system. We will be back for our upstairs system and possibly some vent fans

PYK is one of the best HVAC companies in Philadelphia, without a doubt! Quality of work is always of a very high caliber. Clean, on time, and reasonably priced. You get what you pay for, don't cheap out and get a fly by night company that won't stand behind their work. PYK always makes sure the job is done right and works for years to come! 5 stars!

We are new to the area and the furnace in our new house wasn't igniting correctly. Sanks had it fixed within 4 hours of my call to them, and now we have a reliable HVAC company for ongoing maintenance.

I recently inquired Sanks to service my HVAC system. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The technician who arrived was incredibly unprofessional and condescending. When I asked for an explanation of the procedure they were going to follow, the technician rudely claimed that I was "too stupid" to understand HVAC systems. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. It is essential for professionals to communicate clearly and respectfully with their customers, regardless of their level of knowledge. I would not recommend this company to anyone

Very good experience. John was very professional, courtesy and understanding. He explained all he was doing and increased my knowledge base about my system. He encouraged me to get a maintenance plan (which was needed) and that eased my anxiety. My system has been working well and look forward to seeing a representative again for system check ups. In the middle of a heat wave, my AC stopped functioning. Tyler from Sank’s was able to get out to my house same day. He was extremely friendly & professional. He diagnosed the issue, explained it to me and told me exactly what he was going to do. Within an hour of arriving, he had my AC back to blowing cold air. From the initial call for service to the work that was performed, everything about my experience with Sank’s was top notch. I will be using Sank’s Mechanical for all of my HVAC needs going forward.
