I was going to try to use a local place rather than a big box store for a project that I was working on. Unfortunately, the selection seemed lower than the big box, while prices were higher. Most items were behind the counter, and the clerk seemed annoyed that I was asking if they had things. It seems like their intended audience is for contractors, so if you are a DIY person, this place isn't for you.

Unreliable. The electrician from Webster Electric arrived on time for an appointment to provide an estimate for some work we needed done in our garage and bathroom. However, he never followed up with the estimate and did not respond to a follow-up email or voicemail. We found this very disappointing and unprofessional.

I called on a Friday morning to ask about a quote. The technicians were heading to a job in my neighborhood and offered to come by when they were finished. 5 hours later, my job is completed professionally and for a satisfactory price. I called Webster because of a neighborhood recommendation and will also recommend to others.

Very impressed with Webster Electric! He is really knowledgeable and is super honest with what you need. I never got a "salesman" vibe with trying to push upgrades we didn't need or want. His team came in wearing masks the entire time (greatly appreciated!!) and they were super clean and professional. Will use them in the future for sure.

Great service

I recently had my panel upgraded from 100 amp to 200 amp and I could not be more pleased! I called Justin and quickly got a very reasonable quote. I made my down payment and within a short time the work was completed. Justin and his crew were very professional and they were quick. They made sure everything was working and I just can’t say enough great things about this process. I would highly recommend them to anyone and if you read this and need an electrician please don’t waste your time calling anyone else just call Just Electric!
