Emerald Electric installed our electric vehicle charger. The electricians were prompt, courteous, and professional. They had the job assessed and completed much faster than we anticipated. The work was completed with minimal disturbance or inconvenience to us and had everything cleaned up better than it was when they arrived. Excellent company and employees!

I hired Emerald to install recessed lighting and ceiling fans for my home renovation, and they did a beautiful job! Curtis is very knowledgeable, personable, and does quality work!

Curtis Morehead, owner of Emerald, came to our house on an emergency call on September 8th. A butchered job by Verizon caused a telephone pole to drop on our power line, which caused our service line to rip off from the side of the house and the meter to blow up. Duquesne does not own the service drop, meaning we needed an electrician. Curtis showed up in about 45 minutes after calling him. He was able to do the repair work and manage any dialog with the inspector and Duquesne in order to get the power back on. The job itself took about 4 hours, but we were not able to restore power until the following day sadly due to bureaucracy and Duquesne crew availability. Curtis is not only knowledgeable in the trade, he is also down to earth and understanding of needs. We will definitely continue the relationship with Curtis and Emerald for any major electric work and consultation. Thank you. Several pictures attached showing a before and after. The new meter is installed by Duquesne after inspector review and approval.

Staff was quicker with my order than I was with pulling my van around to the garage door. They were friendly, knowledgeable and patient. (I had to make multiple transactions for reasons not their fault.)
