Eljin did a ton of work upgrading the electrical system in a small house we bought in Penn Hills. He did everything from improving the main electrical box to putting in a new outlet for a stove to replacing some very doubtful light fixtures. He was always responsive and professional, going above and beyond and charging a very reasonable price, given the quality of the work. We feel lucky to have found him.

I asked Lightwork to find out why my motion sensor lights kept braking and turning into strobe lights. Trevor figured it out immediately. He said that these kind of lights should have a direct power connection and should not be connected to a switch. Two other electricians just told me they were bad lights and to replace them, only for them to fail again. I highly recommend Lightwork for excellent work and the experience to successfully resolve a problem.

Had a problem with flickering lights in a bathroom that I thought was a loose connection somewhere but turned out to be due to corrosion in the circuit breaker panel. Came out next day and replaced it at reasonable cost and with power off for less time than estimated and with great workmanship. Kudos to all and particularly to Trevor.

LightWork installed an LED garage motion detector light. They adjusted the timer and sealed around it with caulking. Very satisfied.

We needed an outlet installed in our basement ASAP so we would be able to install a new hot water heater. They were able to come the very next day. They came up with a pretty good solution to install the outlet in the necessary location without having to rip up a bunch of drywall in an adjacent finished room. If you need good work done quickly, these are your guys.

LightWork completed a big job for me, completely rewiring a 2nd floor bedroom from the basement floor up. They were professional, very reasonably priced, comfortable working with the many seen and unforseen constraints that come with working on an old house, and prompt with communications. I promised Eljin I would write a review because of the work he completed on short notice and the wiring and installation of service for a heating/ air conditioner mini split.
Upon arrival Eljin reviewed the main project of wiring for the mini split and told me of his availability to install. Eljin gave great detail of his background, education and experience. He also explained that he needed the install manual to make sure he could properly connect the mini split wiring to specifications of the model. Who does that?
After setting a time, Eljin was also able to provide a referral for an HVAC contractor who could help with the installation of the mini split. I received the call from the contractor and we scheduled a time to complete installation.
Before Eljin left I asked if he could install a ceiling fan in the kitchen. Without hesitation he grabbed his tools and installed in less than 1/2 hour.
When it came to the mini split, coordinating with the HVAC contractor they had it installed in 2 1/2 days because of minor delays. But they both went above and beyond working in late evening to complete the work.
I found Eljin on google business under Lightwork Electric and it saved me time and money to my projects.
I would not hesitate to call Eljin again for any electrical work.
