Matt came in and gave me an estimate and after we agreed he gave me the time he would start. He was on time, clean and professional while he worked. Would recommend him to anyone

Matt came out after hours/right around close to help us figure out why our outlets weren't working correctly and had it fixed within 45 min, and was the only electrician nearby to answer the phone. He really knows what he's doing and is so happy to help.

First and foremost, Matthew is a great guy who is happy to explain electricity at a 9th grade level (for people like me). I hire him to bring an outlet up to code and to help future proof my home’s electrical system.

We needed a ballast replaced in an overhead light fixture. Their attention to detail, explanation of service and overall customer interaction was stellar. They moved the thermostat to a much more customer friendly spot upon request also. Cleaned everything up prior to leaving. Nothing but great things to say about them.

We’ve tried working with so many other electricians in the past and they have either misquoted us or never responded to our phone calls to set up a time to do the work. These guys are definitely setting the bar for great service in the Pittsburgh area. We really can’t recommend them enough!

They were great! Needed an overhead light looked at and they recommended buying a new fixture ahead of time to avoid a second call cost, which was great because that was exactly the problem! They arrived promptly, were very friendly, explained everything they were doing, and took time to carefully vacuum the area before leaving. Highly recommend them!

I had what I was worried was a dangerous situation in a residential setting and called Matt up. He was busy at the time but still went out of his way to help me out. He was completely candid on what needed to be done immediately, should be done ASAP and what will be needed long term. My power went out for a few rooms and I called Matt to figure out what was going on. He helped me on the phone, but I couldn't figure it out alone. Even though he was busy and it was close to closing for him, he stopped by and fixed the burnt wire. He even explained things along the way because I was curious how this happened. I tried to give him money (literally pushing cash at him), and he wouldn't take it since he said it was a small issue. The guy is a solid worker, and just 100% salt of the earth personality. He even gave me tips to help fix my heating issue! I honestly wish I could do more to help spread the word on how awesome Matt is.

We contacted Red Beard to install an outlet on our front porch. Matthew was timely in both an estimate and a date of service. Pricing was reasonable and they left my floor cleaner than they found it. Highly recommend.
