Matt came up on time he was efficient, and extremely personable. He found the least invasive way to solve our problem. He also made sure that he cleaned up after himself. I would extremely recommend Red Beard Electrical for anyone looking for an honest electrician

My experience with Red Beard Electrical was top notch. They came from out of their area to mine and gave me a free estimate on my electrical work that I needed to done for my new house to bring it up to code. They were on time and called before they got there. They couldn't of been any nicer. Then I called back to schedule the work about a month later after we got our house and I did have to wait a few weeks for the appointment but they were busy and how could you be mad at that especially since they gave me such a good vibe at the estimate I didnt mind waiting for my appointment to have them do the work. They came to the appointment while calling me first to tell me they would be a little late because they had to pick up a part at another warehouse so they could still do the job that day. That was awesome. They did it in the pouring down rain and still getting it done fast while doing it right. I was very impressed. They than brought out an inspector with them later to get the work signed off on and stickered. Matt and his team couldn't be anymore awesome and professional. That's a hard thing to find these days in companies. I truly appreciated there time and work ethic. I will definitely keep them in my phone for future work and refer them to anybody. These guys were tremendous! Professional, responsive, personable, on-time, knowledgeable, meticulous, cleaned up after themselves. Matt and his brother did an outstanding job for us installing an elaborate chandelier where there was no existing wiring. I recommend them without reserve!!!

I was having electrical problems and called Matt for an estimate. Matt came right away which was a relief because of the frigid temperatures. He gave me a fair price and returned to repair my electrical issues. He was very professional and I am very happy with the work done. I will call Matt in the future for any work needed done!

We called a number of places for an estimate to install baseboard heaters and Matt was definitely the best. Very responsive and courteous and the quoted price was more than fair. We chose a different option for heating, but he will be the first person I call for our future electrical work.

Matt is great. We're in Ben Avon, pa and he installed base board heaters on our third floor to add extra comfort for house guests. He sent a formal quote quickly and was able to squeeze us in before Christmas. After I bought the wrong thermostats, he ran out and got the right ones.
Super professional and friendly.

Matt was amazing, needed special outlets and all new lighting fixtures for our corporate offices. Stays after hours and always locks up and leaves the place looking better then he found it. We gave him his own alarm codes for our buildings which makes it super convenient to get work completed without interrupting business during normal working hours. Everyone loves when Red Beard is in the building.

We had a relatively straightforward issue with one of our outlets that was nevertheless a bit beyond my comfort zone to repair as a homeowner. We called around 9 pm and managed to get an appointment for the next day at around noon. We were given an estimate over the phone, which I expect is unusual but was greatly appreciated.

The electrician was in touch a few minutes before noon to let me know an exact ETA. When he got here, he was polite, professional, cleaned up after himself, and was happy to give a few details to this inquisitive homeowner. He did a great job and we'd be happy to have him back next time we need some electrical help!

Matthew is the best. He did a great job on a number of projects, he explained things in detail, he cleaned up carefully, and was just generally a pleasure to have around in the house, being not just patient but friendly with my kids and dogs wanting to watch his every move. I felt safe having him in the house and coming and going as he needed which is one of the most important things to me, besides doing high quality work, which he definitely does. Highly recommend, and I'm picky about tradesmen.

What an outstanding experience I had with this family owned business! This morning, Joe arrived right on time at 9 am. He protected my bedspread and carpet before changing our bedroom overhead light fixture. After everything was done, he removed the old fixture along with the box, padding, etc. of the new light fixture and took everything to his truck. Knowledgeable, efficient and reliable. Red Beard Electrical is my “go-to” for any and all electrical work. Highly recommend this company.

Would not hesitate to recommend this electrician - the owner showed up on time with two assistants, and they quickly got to work assembling & installing two light fixtures and a ceiling fan. Very knowledgeable, efficient and left everything clean. Customer service was all around fantastic. Answered any questions I had and reassured my concerns about the wiring work done by previous home owners. They also made extra effort to check my electrical panel safety standards. Would definitely call on this company again!

Matthew and his assistant, Brandon, came to our home on a weekend to repair an issue with a circuit on our first floor. They were both extremely professional. Not just a great electrician but the best experience I’ve had with any contractor ever. Matt gave me a reasonable estimate for a bigger job when others were sky high. The work was done ahead of schedule and on budget. He went above and beyond and took care of more things than we initially expected, while causing less damage to the walls than he said he needed to in order to reach the wiring. Very professional, fast, and affordable! Can't recommend highly enough.

Matthew went above and beyond to help us out... on a Saturday... when he already had a full schedule. It was one of the coldest days this year and (due to some old shotty aluminum wiring) we lost complete power to our furnace. It was a weekend, so (of course) we could hardly find any electricians to even take our call. Then enter Red Beard Electrical.

Matthew answered on the first ring, he was so kind, quick and well-informed. He advised me to call around as he had a full schedule that day, but told me to call him back and let him know if I was able to find someone. Well, all I was able to find was one place that wanted to charge me a $200 emergency fee (and that would be on top of the work). So, I called Matthew back to let him know. Even though he was booked up, he added extra hours to his work day to fit us in.

When he got here he was worked quickly, explained everything that was going on (in terms I could actually understand), and didn't charge us an arm and a leg. I seriously can not recommend him highly enough. Not only did her get us out of a total bind, I feel like I have officially found "my electrician" we will certainly be using him for all of our future electrical needs and I hope you do too!

I recently purchased a home and had a number of electrical issues come up in the inspection. I contacted Red Beard to come out for estimates. Matthew was on time, extremely friendly, and wrote up a professional estimate.

The team then came out to complete the work. Again, they were on time, professional, and kept me updated all the way throughout the process. In fact, I even sprung a few additional requests at them last minute and they were more than happy to accommodate them.

Everything was completed to very high standards, fairly priced, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

If you need electrical work done, I would HIGHLY recommend Red Beard.

Matt and his brother Brandon installed new under and over cabinet lighting and can lights in my very dark kitchen. I told them to bring the core of the sun into my kitchen and they did! I am overjoyed by the new energy-efficient LED lighting and the very reasonable price!

I would recommend Redbeard Electrical to anyone looking for a professional, neat, and excellent lighting company, and I will certainly use their services again.
