They installed the electric for my hot tub & I was satisfied with their work but I called them Saturday to hook up the new hot tub. I left a message but they have not called me back yet.

They were not on time. It was vague when it comes to when they said they would finish the job. They left the grounds without training or explaining the equipment. Their actual work of labor is very good.

The gentleman showed up on and was courteous and respectful. Completed the job and will definitely have them again. Thank you.

I have used many local electricians and McGervy are the most responsive, communicative, and helpful out of all of them. I highly recommend for any electrical needs.

We rely on McGervey Electric for all of our electrical needs. Extremely professional and fairly priced. When our house was hit by lightning during the quarantine the owner even came out personally to ensure our home was safe from any electrical related issues. I highly recommend them.

Came to look at whole house exsaust fan took the motor out to have it rebuild bc I was told it couldn't be replaced. every month for a year! I would check in to see how it was coming along, always got excuses or Matthew was always out or v.m was full could never leave a message with him. But, needless to say after being lied to over and over I had to call another electrician and the motor was replaced and in within a week!! Yes, the one they claimed couldn't be replaced bc it was old and they don't make them anymore.!

Spoke with three different people who each promised a return call after I emailed them our permit request. I took the time to explain the process, but they dropped the ball from there. It’s clear their internal and external communication processes are poor. This is business 101. Very unfortunate.

5 stars and more for Eric. Outlets in different locations in house lost power. Tv and refrigerator. Called and they were booked but he was close by and had one hour between calls and got ok to come over. Less than a hour and everything fixed. Caring people are hard to find.reasonable too. Use Renaissance!!!

Eric and Adam were went above and beyond to repair our issue with a downed mast + cable. Was very responsive and made sure an inspector got out to see the repairs were done that day. Would recommend and saved us from spending the night in the dark.

Great experience from the first call (answered by a human not an automated system)! We worked with Eric he was on time, professional, efficient and provided explanation for what he was doing. He also made suggestions on other things that appeared unsafe in the home. We will certainly use him in the future if another need arises!
