Eric David was awesome from the very beginning he called within minutes of my inquiry through Angi. We set up an appointment for him to come take a look, he called the day before to confirm, called the morning of the appointment while enroute and kept me updated. Once he arrived and saw my set up, he tested a few things in my box and worked out a very easy and efficient manner of getting the work done that I needed. It was so nice to work with Eric and I will definitely recommend Renaissance and Eric to all my friends.

I called Renaissance needing a light fixture repair immediately. I spoke with Eric on the phone. He was very responsive to my needs, explaining exactly what I needed. Eric squeezed me in within a few days and was extremely professional throughout the process. The price was reasonable and I will call Renaissance for all my future electrical issues.

After calling multiple electricians in the Pittsburgh area to simply switch out an outlet for my dryer - and no one ever showing up - I called REPS, and I'm super glad I did. It was later in the evening so I figured I'd get an answering service or voicemail. Not the case at all! Eric answered the phone and we were off to the races. He assured me he would take care of it the following day. He texted me when he was on his way, fixed the issue and I couldn't be happier. Eric provided prompt, courteous, professional service. He contacted me to let me know when he was expecting to arrive for our appointment, and this consideration was appreciated. The lighting fixtures were repaired in a timely manner. This is my first time using Renaissance and I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

I had never used Renaissance before today.

The experience was amazing!

I had purchased a new dryer only to find out that the outlet required did not meet what the previous dryer had been using.

I called the company and the electrician Eric answered the phone.

The stars must have aligned because he was in the area and a he had scheduled job was cancelled!

We discussed what I needed and I texted him the pictures he requested.

Less than an hour later Eric arrived, explained why I needed a new dryer outlet and quoted my a fair price.

Eric completed the work both quickly and of high quality.

My wife and I are both pleased and will only be using Renaissance in the future.

Eric did a great job at a reasonable price. Had him install an outdoor plug, relocate switches and run electric to closets and install lighting. Very good communication, showed up on time and did great work. Very happy with Renaissance and will definitely use them again. Recommend to anyone looking for electrical work.

Renaissance Electric, Eric David. We can’t express enough how extremely pleased we are with work Eric and team just completed in our home. Our breaker box was severely outdated and was in need of replacement. The team was on time, professional, and efficient, completing the work on time as promised. Just as importantly, the price was certainly a pleasant surprise as compared to the other competitive price points! Not even close!

I contacted Renaissance Electric regarding an issue with a circuit. Eric took my call and was extremely helpful over the phone. He explained to me that they were extremely busy and booked nearly 3 weeks out. He asked a co-worker named Adam if he could come to our residence after he finished a 12 hour shift. Adam was kind enough to say he would. Adam arrived as he promised. He too was personable and accommodating. He told us that the work that needed to be done was a larger project than could be done that evening. He asked me to contact Eric again to schedule the project. Eric was kind enough to waive the initial service visit fee and scheduled us for the repair work. As promised, Eric and Adam showed up on time, diagnosed and fixed the problem within 2 hours. I highly recommend their services! 5 Stars.

Eric was great! He took time to answer questions and provided detailed information and guidance. He made an extra effort to fit us in quickly. He replaced/updated an old outlet in an old house. The service was done well and efficiently. Very happy with Eric and Renaissance Electric!

Couldn't recommend Renaissance more. Eric and his team were great to work with- he communicated with me promptly, was at my house the same day to check what needed done, and provided a quote the same day. His team also worked around my and my tenant's schedule. He also handles testing and certifications. It's hard to find people to rely on in Real Estate and I'd be happy to use Eric for electrical services in the future.

This is easily the best electric services company in Pittsburgh!!! Eric is an outstanding expert in the company, he explained how I needed to move my electric meter to the outside of my home and that my electric panel was outdated and needed to be replaced. Eric provided me with a great deal on very powerful electric panel, he did everything he could to work with my budget and get the most effective deal! Moving a meter and replacing an electric panel is a lot of work and the electricians from the company finished the whole job in one appointment! The electricians were very friendly and cleaned up everything after they were finished with the job, I only have great praise for this company and their employees!!! I will recommend Renaissance Electric & Power Systems to all my family and friends!!!

After a storm knocked out half our power, we struggled to find a reliable electrician. ChatGPT pointed us to Renaissance Electric, and I’m so glad it did. Eric was incredibly transparent and even helped coordinate with the power company—going above and beyond. He pulled a crew off another job and had Adam and Dane at our house that same night. They worked until 10 PM to get our power restored. Everyone treated us better than family. This kind of care and service is rare. Highly recommend!

I don't write reviews too often, but I was very pleased with my experience with Eric from Renaissance Electric. I had him come out to install a transfer switch I purchased new online. He reviewed what he needed to prior to install then professionally installed the transfer switch, tested it with me and made sure I understood how it worked. Excellent service and will use for all my electrical needs in the future.

I was unable to use Precision’s services because I had a more immediate need; however, I came here to say I would recommend using their services. Eric is beyond professional and will get back to you immediately. I have never met a contractor with the amount of professionalism that he showed.

Adam and Erik installed new eyeball lighting in my bedroom and installed new outlets and smart switches in my home. Additionally, they established power to my detached garage and installed LED light strips and outlets. The work was high quality, and completed on-time and on-budget. I can’t be more satisfied and pleased than I am! Instead of what I had expected, since I’ve had bad experiences with other companies before, these guys DIDN’T price gouge when they probably could have. They said one of the fuse switches was the issue, so they pushed it over as simply as that and all I paid for was the service call I was initially made aware of when I placed my call to them. On top of that, they were friendly, professional, courteous, and respectful!! I highly recommend Renaissance!! Thank you so much. I have your info saved, so whenever I move I will need you again.
