Jason from CW came by to look at a circuit in the kitchen that wasn't working properly. He found the issue quickly, explained it, and got everything fixed up. He also did some basic maintenance on the breaker panel while he was there and included it all in the same service fee.

Kevin and Kruger were fantastic. Super easy to work with and got the job done in a very efficient manner. They were kind and courteous and would definitely recommend them and the quality of their work!

We were stressed about having a faulty dryer and thru the process of elimination thought the problem was our electrical outlet. Jay from CW figured out it was our electrical cord for the dryer. He had an extra cord in his truck, rewired it, and voila! Dryer heaven! Jay was knowledgeable, personable and very efficient. We will definitely use CW again but we hope for no more problems for awhile! :).

Jason from C W Electrical Services was phenomenal. He hung and assembled a very intricate chandelier with so much care and precision. He was professional, tidy, and incredibly respectful throughout the entire process.
I also had a few other electrical questions around the house, and he took the time to walk me through everything thoughtfully and kindly. I really appreciated how helpful and knowledgeable he was.

Came on time. Very careful and thorough work. A pleasure having not only expert electricians but also professionals that take pride in their craftsmanship. Replaced a two plug outlet that was installed crookedly with a perfectly aligned 4 plug outlet and added a new 2 plug outlet behind stereo system. Also installed a low profile light under shelf above turntable.

I could not have been more pleased with the installation of a chandelier in the foyer of my daughter’s home.

The gentleman that completed the job could not have been nicer. They arrived at the scheduled time. They were very respectful of the interior of the home and made sure that the fixture was centered perfectly. When completed, they cleaned the work area before leaving.

Had Kevin and team from CW put to install a new bath fan/heater and move old fan to a separate powder room. New fan installed and working well, though old fan could not be related due to major interferences found in ceiling, despite substantial time trying to find a fit. Despite the effort on that old fan, CW did not charge me for the time spent investigating options, which was a nice surprise!

Clearly CW values customer relationship and fairly providing service and value. I would not hesitate to use them again based on my experience! Thank you again!

This project required creating a new electrical ceiling box so I could move my chandelier into that room and install a ceiling fan where the chandelier had been.

From job quote (Dave), office support (Bob) and the on-site electricians (Kevin and Kiefer) I have every confidence that they know their stuff. They
are professional, personable, respectful of me and my property, and complete the job with attention to detail. Each step of the process, Kevin and Kiefer checked with me to ensure I was satisfied with the results.

Had 7 new recessed lights installed in the living room, ceiling fan installed on the deck and electric and coax for a TV in master bath over two days. Kevin and Keenan were both professional and prompt. Explained what they were doing and even cleaned up AS THEY WORKED! Very good job cleaning up after themselves! I had planned on needing to clean the entire living and master bath when they left, but only needed minor cleaning in the living room, and none in the bath.

They even discovered that the original wiring of the house (Done when the house was built in 2020) was incorrect on a four-way in the living room and also a three-way in the entry hallway... which they corrected, in both places... at no additional cost to me!

5 Star rating. Only one small detail I was not happy with. As can be seen in one of my attached pictures, there was some damage done to the drywall when installing the switch for the fan. This was not pointed out to me. I saw it as they were leaving and when I pointed it out, the reply I got was "Oh yeah, sometimes that happens". Not a major issue, I can repair it myself, but would have been nice to have it pointed out and not ignored.

I would definitely use CW again, and would recommend them... and in fact already did recommend them to a family member.

I hired Black Bird Electric to review outlets and fuse box. The electrician found out immediately that the wiring was incorrect and will be fixed. I wish I had called them sooner than other companies that did sloppy work.

Babybird completed a full rewire of our home, switching from aluminum to all new copper. It was a difficult and invasive job, but I was extremely impressed at both the quality of the work and the respect with which they treated our home. Rick walked us through exactly what his crew would do, and was happy to work with us if we expressed any discomfort or needed to make changes. We were living in the home at the time, so they took extra care to keep the place as clean as possible and make sure that we were comfortable. I've already called them back to install some new kitchen can lights, and would certainly use them in the future.

We hired Baby Bird to run some new cable and electrical outlets on our second floor and addition. It's an old house, but Baby Bird quickly found the most efficient and attractive way to get the job done. Baby Bird also completely overhauled the lighting, outlets and conduit in our utility room. They were clean and exacting. The staff are always friendly, on time, and willing to give you an honest opinion about the best way (not just the cheapest way) to do something.

We used Baby Bird Electric to do all of the electrical work associated with installing a new swimming pool. This included trenching wire, installing a circuit panel, wiring a pump and heater, and wiring switches for pool lighting and for an automatic cover.

We could not be more pleased with their work. Each member of the team, including the office personnel, are professional, friendly, responsive, and prompt. The crew was on time and was where they said they were going to be. The office staff responded to inquiries quickly and accurately.

The work itself was impeccable. All of the wiring is clean and professional, and tied up nicely. The guys stopped their work and answered as many questions as I had. They worked in the heat and the rain just to get the job done when they said it would be done.

They also went the extra mile at every opportunity. For instance, they made special trips to the house to be there when the building inspector was there, just to facilitate the inspection and to be there if the inspector had any questions. They always were in communication with us, as well, including checking in at the end of the day to make sure the work was done to our (and their own) satisfaction.

We intend to hire Baby Bird for some interior electrical work later this year, that is how much we were satisfied with their services.

I would, without hesitation, recommend them to anyone looking for electrical work. In this day and age, it is hard to find a company that calls back, shows up when they say they will, stays in communication, and provides exceptional work. Baby Bird does all of that and more. What a great company! Got an appointment the day I called and two electricians, Rick & Travis showed up on time and with smiles on their faces. They found and fixed my issue within minutes and then asked if they could do anything else for me since I basically paid for an hour with the service call. They then hung two outdoor light fixtures that my husband hadn't gotten around to! Unheard of! So happy I found an honest and reliable contractor!

Stephanie is very responsive and great to work with. Rick and his team are very knowledgeable and get the job done no matter how small or big the project is. We had a fire and didn't have a choice of the electrician used for that. We wanted to upgrade a panel, Babybird answered me same day and was able to come out the next day for an estimate. Rick explained everything. Very happily they were able to come out within days for the job. I ran into an issue the next day and called Babybird, again they responded within 20 minutes and had someone out within 2 hours. The issue was NOT on them, they found an issue from previous elctrician. Rick and DJ were so nice, they explained everything multiple times. I finally feel confident in our electric service, and I will definitely recommend them and call them for my electric needs in the future. Very very pleased with professionalism and quality of work.
