I would give 10 stars if I could. The guys came out a month ago as I needed a new outlet installed for a new dryer hookup. That job was pretty simple and straight forward and they did it with ease. During that, it was noticed that the electrical panel showed some aging and burning. The guys suggested a full replacement. They said it does not have to be done now, but keep an eye on it. There was NO pressure to do the work. I called a week or so later and scheduled the work to be done. They came out AS SCHEDULED, did the work to replace the panel and explained EVERYTHING they did. They asked if I had any questions, which I did and they answered. They reset the timers and sensors for the outdoor lighting, they cleaned up and were on their way. These guys are timely, kind, efficient, and do FANTASTIC work. They respond to emails and calls and keep you in the loop each step of the way. It's a pleasure to find someone in this day and age that has those traits in business. I will never call another electrician for ANY work that needs done other than these guys. The whole team is wonderful!

Had a great experience all the way around. I called to report an electrical issue and the issue was resolved within 2 hours after initial call. Completely exceeding me expectations!! Highly recommend and will use again for future electrical needs for certain!

I had an issue with my wired Ring doorbell. The transformer was old and only 5v so it wouldn’t work. Saw that Baby Bird Electric was highly recommended on Nextdoor with great reviews. Two technicians came, they were early, very polite, very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and the price was fair. They had the job done within a half hour! I highly recommend them!

I was very pleased with Rick and David and their work. They were very respectful of me, my house and my dog. They are professional and everything looks like it was always supposed to be there. I’m thankful I contacted Baby Bird Electric and would recommend them to anyone.

Had a great experience with Baby Bird Electric! They quickly replaced two broken circuit breakers and were both friendly and professional throughout the visit. The service was efficient, reasonably priced, and hassle-free. Highly recommend for any electrical needs.

Although I had to cancel my scheduled appointment, contacting them was very easy and you get a response very quickly with upfront pricing. No pressure, very friendly company.

We hired Baby Bird electric to switch out a few standard builder grade light fixtures with several new ones purchased, install 2 nest thermostats and install 3 smart switches. DJ arrived on time and worked very quickly. He answered all my questions and was ver courteous. Baby Bird will be our regular electrician.

Update: we had a 4ft x 4ft orb chandelier installed by Rick and team and they did an amazing job. They set up scaffolding for this project since the chandelier was to be hung in the second story great room. We were thrilled with the work and finished product. Thanks again!!!

Incredibly friendly staff from the office to the electricians. Communication was great and the electricians were prompt and respectful of the fact that I was working from home while the work was being done. I had to have a minor adjustment done to one of my new pendant lights because the wire stretched-out after install and was lower than the others. That was done quickly and at no additional charge.

I feel the price was fair and reasonable and will certainly use Baby Bird in the future. I highly recommend.

Excellent service. We had 3 ceiling fans installed. The appointment was scheduled quickly. Communication was great. Fans were installed and look great. No mess was left behind. We will definitely use Baby Bird for any electrical needs in the future.

I hired Baby Bird Electric for pendant light installation in my kitchen. The communication from start to finish was excellent with both Steph and the electrician. DJ was the electrician on my project and he was very efficient. He included me in all decision making and was even willing to come back the same day to install a dimmer switch for my lights. Steph and the Baby Bird Electric team were very accommodating with great availability. I would recommend this company to anyone needing electrical work.

Rick and David were excellent! Knowledgeable and proficient. They fixed all my wiring concerns, added 3 circuits, installed a light, fixed outlets and checked the voltage on numerous wire connections. They went above my expectations by cleaning up loose and hanging wires. I highly recommend them!

Called Baby Bird after another company failed to show up. Baby Bird scheduled me right away and showed up on time, didn’t make me wait around all day like other companies. They worked quick and efficient and even asked about anything else around the house they could look at.

This has been a really excellent experience, and I highly recommend Baby Bird Electric. The electricians were extremely friendly, courteous, and professional. Getting the visit setup was simple and fast, and interactions with the individual coordinating the visit were also top notch.

I contacted Baby Bird on a Sunday through their online tool providing a description of the desired service along with pictures. Monday AM Steph contacted me with an estimate and a follow up call scheduled service later in the week.
