I can’t recommend C W Electrical Services enough! They’ve done both a full home rewire and a small troubleshooting job for me, and every experience has been top-notch.

The full rewire was a huge project, but they handled it like pros from start to finish. They worked closely with me, my partner, and our general contractor to make sure everything went smoothly. We had a dedicated project manager who was always there for questions, and Chris, the lead electrician, was awesome—super knowledgeable and just a genuinely nice guy. He explained everything he was doing along the way, which helped us actually understand the process instead of just wondering what was happening behind the walls.

For our latest service call, Jason came out to troubleshoot an issue in our 1895-built home. He figured out the problem in less than 15 minutes and had everything fixed in under an hour. He even installed a new fixture for us and gave me some great tips on dealing with old wiring. Super friendly, super professional—it was an all-around great experience.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Whether you need a major project or a quick fix, these are the people to call!

From my first phone call to schedule an estimate until the completion of the work, we have been very happy. We were notified when Jason was en route to our home. While here, he kept me informed every step of the way. He asked my opinion and made sure that I understood what he was doing. When he returned another day, the office notified me several times as to the time of arrival. Would definitely recommend.

I hired CW to rewire my bathroom during a total remodel. The bathroom was empty of everything and the walls were stripped down to the studs. Asked them to run a line and install a new GFI outlet, light switch, wiring for a vanity light, and a shower light, as well as remove old K&T wiring in the walls.

When the team was working I was sitting in my home office working. They never asked me any questions or spoke to me about needs, but ended up cutting 7 large holes in my ceiling to run wiring despite the walls being open and accessible overhead. They mounted the outlet and light switch boxes too deep in the walls for drywall to be mounted flush. They did not remove all of the K&T wiring. And they damaged a pipe in my wall mounting the entire vanity light (again so deep in the wall I need to move it to have it work with the drywall).

I asked to discuss the issues and they sent a project manager out, who admitted they should have done a better job with the light switch and outlet. He said they did not damage the pipe, except if they did damage it, it was only because it was old and brittle and it would have happened no matter what. And that the fine print in their estimates states they aren't responsible for damages from holes they need to cut to run wiring for lights. (Part of my ceiling plaster collapsed afterwards.)

Repairs after this for the pipe and replacing the ceiling with drywall ran ~$700. They took off the $50 "Trip Fee" from my invoice.

Very frustrating and definitely won't be using again.

Technician arrived on time. Was courteous and knowledgeable. Explained everything to me. The job was not able to be done that day. Is sending an estimate to have the job done at a later date.

I hired this company for a large apartment building with complicated electrical issues and they exceeded expectations. Lou was amazing—reliable, courteous, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. The work was top-notch and very reasonably priced. From the owner to the contractors they were a Real stand up company . Highly recommend!

CW came to my home twice. The first time they spent almost one hour but didn't fix the problem. We need to replace a light switch but the two electricians carried no product in their van. They also left multiple dirty fingerprints on the wall. I had to pay for this service even though nothing was fixed. I went on with scheduling another one because of the good Google reviews.
The second time the electrician obviously knew what he's doing and quickly fixed everything. I was very happy with the second visit and even left a 5 star review. However, a few hours after he left, we found the paint around the electric panel was ripped. The screws were not put back in place.

The CW Electric team was awesome! Jason was great and super quick. Very professional and knowledgeable.

They installed four ceiling fans for me. They had to go up into the attic and cut holes down into the bedroom ceilings to install three of the fans. They were careful, professional, and cleaned up afterwards. I will definitely use them again for my electrical needs.

We had the EV charger installed by Chris and his assistant. Very knowledgeable team, pleasant, and willing to answer any questions to keep me informed! The completed the job efficiently with minimal impact to the walls, and did a thorough clean at the end. Extremely happy with their service!

We had an EV charger installed by this company. While the installation itself was functional, I was very disappointed with the overall service. The charging plug came with visible scratches, and when I reported it immediately with photos, I was told it may have been caused by me during use. When I clarified that this is exactly how it arrived, they refused to take responsibility, saying they did not know what caused it.

In addition, the installer did not clean up after the job, leaving me to tidy up once the work was done. I expected professionalism, accountability, and care — unfortunately, that was not the experience.

I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

Jason was on time, professional and patient with all of our questions. He worked diligent ly to resolve our electrical issues. We highly recommend using CW Electrical Services.

We hired CW electrical to install three 240V outlets for our new appliance, and the entire process was really frustrated.

1. They didn’t honor the quote price. We need to schedule a second visit because the technician were not able to complete the project in their first visit. After we called to make the second appointment, we were told that we need to pay >$500 more because they need 30 ft longer wire + another $50 dollar trip fee even it is their problem not to complete the project in one visit. They told us that the technician will do the final cost estimation, but this is not fair as they only charge you more for extra wire but not cut down the cost when they use less. Plus, we had an onsite estimation, and we called to make sure the price won’t change before signing the contract. We were told that “their estimation will be very accurate”. We wouldn’t use their service if we knew the final price would be $1000 higher than what our contractor offered (Since it is our first time doing the home remodeling, we would like to hire some “professionals” to make sure everything goes well. But it turns out to be a mistake for us).

2. They caused unnecessary damage and are unresponsive to damage report. The technician cannot access to our basement ceiling and they told us that they need to break our ceiling in order to install the wire. Fortunately, we had seen our contractor get the ceiling access without breaking anything, we were able to find YouTube videos and show them how to open the ceiling. I believe they were going to break all of our ceilings if we don’t have such knowledge. On contrary to what I was told by the project manager “they are not going to break anything but only open small holes on the wall”, their service caused several ceiling damages: 2 tiles were broken, 2 cross tees were missing, and multiple cross tees were not installed properly and left hanging loosely under the ceiling. We sent the damage report with photos attached according to their instruction, but no response after ~3 weeks.

3. They won’t follow the installation manual. We sent them all the specs/installation manuals of the appliance to the project manager beforehand, but the installer didn’t follow the manual, and I doubt if they ever open and read those manuals. Our double oven has to be hard-wired, but they insisted to install a socket stating that they do that all the time, even after we showed the picture of hard-wiring in the manual to them. Also, they installed the outlet in a wrong place that we have to move it during appliance installation, leaving some holes behind the cabinet.

It was a really bad experience fur us to get the expensive, irresponsible, and dishonest service from CW electrical.

This is the second time CWE has done work at my home. This time they installed an interlock system so I can run power to the house via generator during outages. They also upgraded my whole house surge protection system. Dan's technical knowledge was integral in helping me choosing the proper products for my uses, and the field guys were on time, courteous, and they did the job quickly and cleanly. I can't ask for much more.

They installed my EV Charger quickly and well. They went out of their way to get it installed as soon as possible after the contract was signed. The installer was on time, courteous, and listened to my ideas and wants. I would use them again if I needed electrical work
