Eric came out and helped with open grounds on some outlets due to previous owners shotty work. Was able to diagnose the issue and saved me a ton of money by not having to replace all my outlets. I will definitely use them again for my future needs.

I am so glad I used Renaissance for my electrical needs! Eric was professional, on time, and cleaned up after his work. We have had such a hard time finding a good electrician and we will be using Eric/Renaissance again in the future!

We needed to update the basement lighting in our home, along with other small items. Our basement was dark and all the lights were on different switches. New LED lights were installed that illuminate every inch of the basement and turn on all at once. They also updated all the outlets in the basement and changed a couple upstairs. They changed our bathroom sconces, front porch light and rear upper security light on the house. Eric and Adam were very professional, showed up within the time window stated and worked in a timely manner. Answered all our questions and provided information that we were unaware of regarding our electrical panel. Would definitely recommend and use this company again for electrical work.

Eric arrived 15 minutes early, was very professional and knowledgeable and installed the light fixture in my bathroom in 5 minutes! The quality of workmanship was excellent. I highly recommend Renaissance Electric!

I had a GFI outlet in a bathroom which had tripped. Eric was very thorough in investigating the problem at the outlet and breaker panel. The source of the trouble was some bad wiring in the switch on that circuit. He fixed the wiring and replaced the GFI outlet and switch, and power was restored to the outlet. Eric is very professional, knowledgeable and explained everything. He actually called and arrived ahead of schedule (even in the winter weather). I would not hesitate to use Renaissance again in the future.

After the thunderstorm on Saturday I contacted Renaissance because I only had electricity in half of my house. Eric responded quickly and diagnosed the problem over the phone for free! He told me that I needed Duquesne light to service an outside power line bringing electricity into my home. I contacted Duquesne light immediately. However, they were fixing half of the county and it took them a couple days to get to my house. To my surprise, Eric checked on me daily to see if Duquesne Light had resolved my issue! When Duquesne Light finally came, they did exactly what Eric told me they were going to do. After a couple days of 90+ degree weather and no a/c, I couldn’t wait to let Eric know that my problem was resolved!
These days it’s hard to find good customer service. I am glad to know that places like Renaissance exist and genuinely care about the community. I haven’t had the pleasure of using their services officially but I definitely will be in contact with them for any future electrical needs.

It's a Saturday morning, and I accidently tripped my circuit breaker. I tried resetting every breaker, but it didn't work. I called Renaissance Electric and left a message.
Eric immediately responded. He was kind enough to help me troubleshoot why power still was off in the kitchen and upstairs. Ended up the GFCI needed reset. I highly recommend everyone to retain them if you ever have electrical problems. They are the best.

We had the joy of working with Adam to relocate a homemade stain glass chandelier that my grandmother made for my family. This weekend we were lucky enough to have Adam back to install the light. He understood how important the chandelier was and went above and beyond to get the sentimental fixture up when it needed some modifications to go up.

Adam also quickly replaced some old outdoor fixtures and helped us learn more about all the fixtures in our new house.

This is the second job Renaissance did at my family’s home. Because of the response and professional presentation we experienced on the first project we called Renaissance again when we had an electrical emergency in the house recently. The power went out in two of our bedrooms, one where my father sleeps so he can be on a feeding tube and oxygen. Eric was booked solid but was able to work with another customer to move some things around to come and fix this issue. He was able to diagnose the issue and repair the problem. I highly recommend Renaissance for home electrical projects.

I was desperate for an electrician to complete some urgent repairs on a home we recently purchased. Renaissance responded promptly, created a plan to address the issues (including arrangement for all permits and inspections needed), and completed the work in a timely and professional manner. They were fair and transparent about pricing. I would definitely use their services again and recommend them to friends and family.

Eric replaced our outdated ceiling lights in our family room with recessed LED lights. He was very strategic with the placement of the lights, trying to avoid shadows, and was thorough in explaining his plans with us. We would highly recommend Eric for electrical work. Truly five star service!

Our power went out on a Saturday afternoon and the breaker box was red hot. Called Renaissance and got an immediate response. They sent an electrician who was there within 90 minutes. Kevin was knowledgeable, professional and had power restored in no time,. He's the best. The cost was more than reasonable and exceeded our expectations. If you need an electrician, look no further...they're the best!

I just had a great experience with Renaissance Power & Electric! I was in a jam b/c my original kitchen electrician was apparently someone w/ very bad judgement (I'll just leave it at that). Anyways....Eric David really stepped in and provided some great work as well as excellent customer service. I'm so happy that between Eric & Adam my kitchen electric is fully functioning! Adam and his team are amazing. This team is extremely responsive and takes their time explaining what needs to be done and in terms that you can understand it. I love how hard they work and always in a timely manner but they never skim on the quality of work. I have used them 3 times updating and repairing electrical either due to an old house or damage from storms. I was so impressed last year after using Adam and his team (after buying my house) I even referred them to my nephew and my neighbors! They not only provide superb work but are just as friendly. Every time they are here I always get an estimate for my next electrical project and I know they will provide fantastic pricing, service, and quality of work. I rave about them to family and Friends and say that I have found my electrician for the duration of my homeownership. I will not use anyone else! Adam and Eric are your go to electricians!

I can highly recommend Eric from Renaissance Electric. He returned my call quickly, was able to come within an hour did a great job. I worried I would not have light in my kitchen but Eric was very quick to respond. Renaissance will be in my contact list from now on.

When I say that I'm happy with a service, I mean I'm absolutely *GRATEFUL* to Eric and Renaissance Electric for ending my urgency of trying to find someone...ANYONE...to restore power to my A/C unit. Long story short, the outside disconnect box to my A/C unit crapped out yesterday...right before my two sons are graduating from college on Friday! We had a family gathering planned, but with hot weather in the forecast, plans have to be changed, pets have to be relocated, and general anxiety (and discomfort) is growing! Multiple calls and voice mails to others resulted in crickets. This morning, Renaissance popped up on a Google search, and Eric answered my call right away! He offered to swing by and assess the situation as he was in my area this afternoon, and I'm damn glad he did. He figured it out, replaced the box, restored the power, and I'm now typing this glowing 5-Star review without sweating. Needless to say, I'm grateful for Eric's help and experience today, and absolutely calling him/Renaissance for future electical projects.

We couldn’t he happier. Renaissance Electric replaced 4 hardwired under-cabinet fluorescent lights with 4 led lights. The difference is astounding. Eric quoted us a very reasonable price and Adam did a wonderful job with the installation. I would definitely recommend this company.
