(Update to my initial review which I moved from 1 star to 3)

My reason of calling JT was because I had 2 outlets in my living room go out. Below my living room is a back room in my basement and the light as well as furnace were out too. Power throughout the rest of the house was fine.

It was advised to upgrade my panel to 200 amps. JT did a good job on the upgraded panel but my issue was not resolved. He suggested moving the the issued wires to a dedicated circuit, which was the correct diagnosis, but there was a lack of communication after the upgrade of panel was done, which forced me to seek and pay for an inspector and another electrician.

None the less, JT did a good job of upgrading the panel. And his diagnosis of dedicated circuit was accurate. The lack of communication was my biggest problem, which forced me to get my own inspector that he was to provide and another electrician.

Had electric panel replaced. Work was done very neatly and efficiently

This would have been the second time I’ve used JT and his team. The most recent was back in May (sorry JT completely forgot to do this). I reached out to JT about installing a generator. He sent a very nice gentleman out by the name of Ray. Ray gave me a quote, set a day and time, arrived promptly and finished in time for the Kentucky Derby. Both times I’ve used JT his team did as advertised with phenomenal customer service. Will continue to use JT for all of my future electrical projects. Thank you Rob, Ray, and JT!

Im writing for a friend of mine that don’t have access to the internet. She was very pleased with the work that was completed. Very nice young man. If he was running late due to him being g at another job he called to let her know. She will definitely recommend him.

Made an appointment got an email confirmation, called them the day before to confirm because of some conclusion said I didnt have appointment but would send confirmation soon, never did, dragged my sick ass out of bed and showed up to let them in and never showed. Called them again, got the same response you have no appointment will call you back with an ETA of the service technician. We'll I really need to go bathroom and got work so I can't wait any longer. What a mess.

Had furnace issues and Joe came and got everything back up and running real quick. He’s a real nice guy and does great work.

We bought an old house in Brentwood that had a new HVAC system, but very old ductwork. Joe and his team came up with a way to make sure that my house is warm and cozy and for the first time I feel comfortable here since we moved in.

I had an issue with my furnace not working. JT replaced the blown fuse & figured out that the frayed wiring was the cause; then replaced wiring & thermostat. He was able to take care of it right away.

Worst experience working with this company. I hired them to diagnose my furnace that would occasionally blow cool air, they told me it'll be $80 to diagnose and if I showed them to fix the diagnosed issue that $80 would be credited towards the total bill. Well, they came and broke something within the furnace and told me I could not turn my heat back on until it was fixed. So I had no choice but to allow them to fix it, because one they claimed to know the issue and now im without heat until it's fixed. I had to put a $500 deposit down before they would cone back out which i did the same day they broke/diagnosed my furnace. One week later they come back with most of the parts not all and installed those to see if it'll get the furnace working. We'll it still didn't work, so they tell me the last part will for door make it work. Another week passes before that last part comes in and they come to install it. What do you know it still doesn't work, now the owner is on the phone with me becoming irate. Telling me I was informed that even with paying for the parts and diagnostic that my system still might not work. How he has better things to do other than to be having said conversation with me. How furnaces are like cars, you fix one thing and many more things can go wrong. He told me I was stuck with the parts they told me I needed in order to get my furnace running because they couldn't be returned and he can't do anything with them so its on me. So even though this company/ owner told me what the issue was and quoted me on the repair, I than pay for said repair just to be told its all my fault for not knowing he's a half ass electrician and might not know what he's talking about. Just beware if your looking for someone professional to do the job this is not the place. Unfortunately Google doesn't allow zero stars.

Joe and Kirk arrived within the communicated time window and were able to repair the most urgent issue. We discussed options for the 2nd non-urgent issue and set a plan to resolve it. Joe and Kirk were professional, informative and friendly. Getting service on the first business day after my call was impressive!
