Multiple Solution's were very prompt and did a fantastic job. They were detailed and thorough in their explanation with our home repairs. We have used them on multiple occasions and highly recommend using them.

Interesting… my initial, detailed review got deleted somehow. Goes to show their “high ratings” are most likely skewed. Don’t bother with this company— extremely overpriced (quoted me $850 to have my hardwired fire alarms to be replaced) and they won’t return your phone calls or emails when you have follow-up questions

I had a great experience working with Multiple Solutions. Very communicative about what my options were when the planned work couldn't go forward due to the quirks of my 100+ year old house. I will be using them again!

I had an issue where a series of outlets, but not the entire circuit stopped working. Multiple Solutions Pittsburgh came to my home, found the issue, explained the problem and made the repairs. Doug was professional, tidy and quick. I am already planning to use him for other electrical upgrades.

They were a lifesaver! We had an electrical issue with our pool. Doug came out an hour after we called and communicated during the entire process. They fixed the issue, were professional and great to work with!

Doug did a fantastic job. Came out the same day I messaged him about the job. Upon arrival he immediately found the issue and fixed it in a timely manner. Also very personable and professional.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I had aa good bit of electrical work done. I still need more, but I had the important issues taken care of first. Doug and Miles were professional, prompt, and took time to explain what they were doing in layman terms. I cannot give them enough credit for the great job they did.

We have low voltage wiring from the 60’s. Our touch plates needed replaced, as well as many of the relays. We needed an electrician who was familiar with this type of system and knew where to get replacements. Doug assured us that he was our guy and came out to do an estimate for us. He was able to find what we needed, Within a week. He was also conscience of cost. He and his associate did a great job! And they also cleaned up afterwards. He also updated the outlets in our living room. And updated the breaker box! He definitely loves what he does! He is so knowledgeable! We have also gotten GFCI’s installed outside on our rental property! Highly recommend!! A++

We had our air conditioner replaced at the beginning of Summer. Paul and team did an amazing job. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was done correctly and we were very pleased with the result. They were professional and ensured everything was clan and tidy when they would leave. The communication was efficient and effective and the pricing was competitive. They were also very quick to come out to see what needed to be done and to order what we needed. We will absolutely hire them to do other jobs in the future.

Doug did a great job helping me change from an outdated flourescent light to an led using the same fixture. He answered all my questions and came out within 2 days. He was very professional and knowledgeable and I am very happy with the results which were cost-effective as well.

Doug did a fantastic job of repairing a damaged wire. Fast, efficient, and fairly priced! Doug was great with communication also keeping me in the loop. Highly Recommend!

Doug just completed several jobs for us.
1. He replaced outdoor outlets, in our backyard, that were old and not working and added an outlet on our front porch.

2. He removed a ceiling fan that stopped working and installed a new fan.

3. He reinstalled a whole house surge protector that was installed improperly and added a separate surge protector to our furnace.

4. He replaced the burned out ballasts and bulbs on the ultraviolet air cleaner units that are attached to our furnace.

5.Lastly, he used a device which allowed him to identify the circuit each outlet, switch and appliance in our home is on. Our electrical box now makes sense and I feel safer with it being labeled.

Doug is very thorough. I especially like that he explained everything he was doing in a very understandable manner. He, and his workers, cleaned up after themselves. Everything was done the way I expected.

I wish that other tradespeople were as easy to work with and professional. I HIGHLY recommend Multiple Solutions Pittsburgh.

Multiple Solutions has been a fantastic company to work with, I’d highly recommend them! We worked directly with Myles who was consistently professional, informative & knowledgeable, and the friendliest contractor I’ve ever had the fortune of hiring.

We had a variety of estimates done for work on our new home and then had some bush removal done. While working at our home, Multiple Solutions employees were additionally respectful, prompt, and thorough with their work. Plus, their pricing was very reasonable (this was compared to 3 other companies). We’ll definitely be using them in the future!

Doug was great to work with! We recently bought an older home. He replaced all of the two prong outlets with three prongs and installed an afci breaker and whole house surge protector. He explained everything thoroughly so I knew exactly what he was doing. I will be calling him for all of my electrical needs!

He’s not only very knowledgeable and professional, he’s a good human being! When he repairs something in our very old home, he always brings it up to current code and explains the process and cost. Doug is a great electrician! He’s very knowledgeable, professional, and patient when explaining exactly what he is seeing and how to fix it. He was very personable and got the problem resolved very timely! Recently I became a homeowner and I have definitely found the electrician that I will forever use!

Highly recommend. Doug was able to get us in next day and fixed our outlets in under an hour for a very reasonable price. I got a reference for him after calling three other electricians that either couldn’t come for weeks or quoted thousands of dollars. We will be calling him first in the future for all of our electric, HVAC, and Handyman needs.

Doug worked with me to figure out a way to get my enormous swim spa hooked up when other companies weren't willing to think outside the box to get the job done.

They were responsive, caring, and timely. He also threw in an outlet in addition to the electrical box we originally got quoted for.

I will be in touch again to have more done in the future as upgrades are needed.

He also mentioned that he is willing to do things other than electrical services, so I will keep him in mind whenever I have new issues arise.

Doug was very educational and walked us through the process step by step! He also fit us into his schedule sooner than I thought. Price was fair for the cost of wiring our dryer outlet to the panel, and the quote was also free which we appreciated! We will be using him again for future services!
