Showed up on time completed new panel had all materials before starting job and clean up after job . Pricing was fear did nice job came back to meet inspector im a happy customer would call him a again if needed anything electrical done .

I needed some repair work done for my house. JT was quick to respong and gave me an fiar estimate. Once on site they were professional and completed the job quickly. They were fantastic. I would highly recommend them for any electrical work.

I’ve used them over the last few years for a couple of jobs around the house. Both technicians (JT Sr. and JT Jr.) were respectful of my home. They worked quickly, and explained everything they were doing and why they were doing it.

They are great with scheduling and communication.

Pricing is reasonable.

I'm not sure how this company has a high rating. We scheduled an appointment for an electric diagnostic and no one showed up. Called the office and the dispatcher said they were running behind. The never came. I tried contacting the dispatcher and there was no answer. The next day we called the office and they told us someone will be out that day. The dispatcher contacted us and said they are running behind. No one showed up or gave us an update. This is not a way to conduct business.

Would be a zero but it does not offer that option very poor service company booked an appointment to install a light told me an they were coming between 8am and 9am i had to get up early on my only day off to go buy the fixture for them to install and be back home in time to keep the appointment i was back home and then waited for them to arrive finally after nobody showed up or called or texted me I contacted them they responded can we move appointment to later in the week or next week then gave excuse of running behind on another job in a very smug way even if it was an emergency job all it would have taken was some communication and I would have understood but who ever answered my call was extremely unprofessional and now glad i didn't have them in my home beware of this unprofessional and unreliable operation

Called at 9pm when half of my house lost power, and JT was able to come out and replace the main breaker which was faulty for a reasonable price. Respectful guy, would recommend!
