The technician came precisely when the company said he would. He diagnosed the problem (damaged circuit breaker) and replaced the breaker, all in under an hour. He was friendly and approachable in addition to being a knowledgeable professional.

I am absolutely amazed at the ease with which my project was completed. From the initial contact by Wendy, though the services provided by Matt, all were kind and professional. The work itself is definitely top notch. The timeliness of the response to the initial request through the completion of the task was all within a couple of hours, which is outstandingly. The provision of a window of time for the arrival of the electrician, a photo of the person coming to do the work along with their background experience, and updates on his arrival time are all wonderful customer service additions. I will definitely contact this company for any future electrical needs, and will be referring them to everyone I know who has need of an electrician. Thanks so much to the entire team.

We recently used Mr. Electric to replace our existing bathroom fan. The company was very responsive. Scheduling was easy. Matt came out, took a look, and gave us a reasonable quote. We scheduled the work, and Matt came back with some help (also named Matt). The Matts completed the work quickly and cleaned up after. They also performed a safety check. They recommended a surge protector which we had installed. All in all, we thought everything was great. So far, so good regarding the work. The Matts were super nice and personable. They were patient with my questions. Not condescending at all. Thanks, Mr. Electric and the Matts!

Matt Zyra, was the electrician who installed my new EV wall connector, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his work ethic. Matt was very conscientious as he called to let me know he would be a little late due to needing to ensure the customer before me had their electricity restored. Despite the delay, he made sure he completed the installation.
Matt worked well beyond his usual work hours to finish the job, and didn’t leave until everything was working and the set up was complete. Before he left, he took the time to clean up the area and even vacuumed, leaving my home just as it was when he arrived. He was not only skilled but also kind and respectful throughout the entire process.

We just had our Generac home generator installed with an ATS. Matt Zyra and Jon Vargo did the installation. They got everything done in 1 day! The whole process from start to finish was fantastic! The office had great communication throughout the project. Matt did the initial walkthrough, he explained the installation process in detail. A few weeks later we had it installed. This is the third job i have had Mr Electric do at my house! Very pleased ! Each time they have sent Matt and I could NOT be more pleased! I put a few pictures- Matt installed my electric vehicle charging station back in April 2025 and this week I had him add a household plug below the charging station for my yard tools. I will be using this a lot this spring! He did a great installation on a cold February day with snow blowing around! I could not be more pleased.

I had Emmett check out the plumbing work problem that has with home I just bought. He did his best to try to fix the issue the problem is with house their more than just plumbing. He Explains and was more willing help appreciate it.
