A1 did a fantastic job renovating our commercial building. The team was professional, responsive, and detail-oriented from start to finish. They stayed on schedule, communicated clearly, and delivered high-quality work. We’re really happy with the outcome and would absolutely work with them again.

A-1 Property Maintenance Solutions saved the day! After a "friend of a friend" left my front porch severely damaged, A1 Property Maintenance quickly responded to my phone call. They remediated the lead-paint contaminated soil around the porch, removed the old structure, and rebuilt the porch to support the front roof according to my engineer's plans. I was very pleased with the result, and impressed by the hard work and professionalism of everyone in the company. The crew who worked on my house showed up early in the morning every day, worked hard, and left the job site clean. Although we had some bumps along the way due to the city's permitting system, Shawn guided us through and the porch passed all the inspections along the way. In the beginning, Shawn promised to take care of us, and he made good on that promise. A1 Property Maintenance Solutions will be on my call list for all my future projects.

Shawn & his crew did a lot of remodeling and a new roof on my home last summer. His crews were great & they were working in 100 degree heat.
They did new doors sealed & waterproofed the basement, gave us new concrete steps ,repaired a retaining wall and installed new electrical box meter & the wire to the pole
they were here for about 2 weeks & did a great job. No problems at all

This guy BOB the owner is a terrible guy he is disrespectful !!!! I have a son with autism and is refusing to pay me the other 50$ he owes me he hires random guys and you have to fix there mistakes or they become yours do don’t work for him or hire him to do work the house he had me working he been there for months in months another job he’s been doing for like a year said by his one and only worker for a month !!! He is a shady greedy guy and not a man of his word !!

Bob came over and replaced a tub/shower diverter

I am writing this review on the behalf of Bob Main and DJK CONSTRUCTION AND RESTORATION,LLC, Bob Main installed a new roof on my home as well as they did some repairs on the inside of my home, including, drywall, plumbing and electrical they were very conscientious and Bob is very detailed oriented. I would recommend them to anyone and I will only use them in the future.

Bob Main D/B/A/ DJK Construction and Restoration, did a complete restoration on my home, they tore off the old roof and installed a new roof, they also had a crew rehab the interior by demoing all the interior walls and installed new plumbing, electric and new 2 new bathrooms and new kitchen.

I highly recommend DJK for all your renovations.

We recently bought a house and our Realtor referred Bob Main and DJK Construction to us, they were amazing and finished our roof in one day, it took them 12 hours from start to finish, they wanted to make sure it was done in one day because it was going to rain the next day. Bob also told us he has a crew that does interior renovations, they are scheduled to come back early March to do interior work.

Tom and his family are caring and considerate and really know their HVAV stuff. When I remodeled my building they helped assess heating cooling system and found a way to redirect the system for proper flow. That meant I save money and have a more comfortable environment.

Extremely honest, reliable and friendly. One of the best businesses, of any type, that I’ve done business with. Two companies suggested I replace my AC and furnace. They repaired it without even bringing up a replacement.

I had an issue with my AC unit, we just had a new baby and the house was almost 90 degrees. I called Tom and he had a tech out in less than one hour and fixed the issue for a very fair price!

Very professional! Installers were polite and respectful of our property. Highly recommend!
