Tom and his son provided excellent service. They came out on a Sunday as soon as they were available and quickly diagnosed and fixed my heating system. They took the time to perform additional diagnostics and preventative work to make sure the issue wouldn’t happen again in the future. They were professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering it was a weekend service. I truly appreciate their prompt response and quality work. Highly recommend Tom for any HVAC needs.

I hired the company to replace a small concrete deck that was eroding with a wood deck at a cost of roughly $6000. It took about a YEAR for him TO START THE JOB. The finished project had several code violations that did not pass the initial inspection. In my opinion, it looked horrible. Chad said he could correct all the violations, some at an ADDITIONAL COST to me, which I declined. I felt I wasted enough money and lost trust in his skills for this type of project. I had the new deck removed. I'd give no stars if I could.

After coming out to do an estimate, I never heard back. No email, no phone call, nothing! I had about 30k in repairs needing done due to a watermain break and flooding our basement. They took like 4 or 5 pictures, and that was it. If not even a courtesy call to say they cant do it, then the work must be the same quality. Would not recommend wasting time to call.
