Excellent service from 3 Rivers carpet and upholstery cleaning! Dan came on time, thoroughly cleaned a large upholstered chair and on the spot agreed to clean carpets in 3 rooms!
Did everything perfectly and for a very reasonable price. From now on Dan will my go-to provider for carpet and upholstery cleaning. He also does hardwood floors refinishing and gave me good advise on how to repair a large scratch on my floor.

I just had my gutters cleaned and wanted you to know how impressed I was with the service and employee. I was offered suggestions on preventative maintenance and I was impressed. What a nice man.

The 1st time they came I had them do the outside windows and only one big picture window inside. I was happy with the job, price and attitude of employees. The 2nd and last time they came I asked to have several inside window cleaned, in addition to the outside. I was horrified at how little respect they showed of my property. The man did not carry a bucket or a rag under his dripping squeegee as he walked from room to room and up steps. There were puddles by the windows he cleaned, along with drips all over my new flooring and halls. I pointed it out and he said its "no big deal" and he would wipe it all up. I asked why he didn't carry a bucket or rags under his soaking wet squeegee like other companies do when inside a house. He again said it no big deal and offered no explanation. He didn't get it and didn't care. Due to the lack of respect for property and apparent apathy he showed, I stopped him from continuing cleaning inside and paid him. As he was leaving he said if I didn't like their work I should call 3-D Window cleaning and they were going to be discontinuing their North Hills route anyway so it didn't matter. I called and left 3 messages over 5 days with the office and offered to send photographs and video of the water puddles and drips everywhere, explaining that I had to clean the floors to make sure the chemicals didn't damage anything. I never received a call back, apology, or anything and it's been 3 weeks. Needless to say, I won't be using them again and would caution anyone not to use them indoors. I would even hesitate to use them outside after seeing how they ignore legitimate customer complaints. I would think any business would like to hear of an issue so that they could coach their employees better and institute policies to prevent this from happening. Buyer beware!

They have drastically increased their prices for gutter cleaning to the point that it is a complete ripoff. They do a serviceable job in cleaning out the gutters, but you can forget them flushing the downspout. Water will still overflow after the first heavy rain. Can no longer recommend at all.

They do quality professional, quality work. My only criticism is that they should remove the bagged materials from your gutters and take it with them. It was hard for me to lug a heavy bag into my garage to store till garbage pickup!

I got the recommendation to use Joe George from the networking website Nextdoor. Many of my neighbors used and recommended them.
They actually just came yesterday and cleaned the gutters. The employees were amicable and helpful.
Communication wasn't the best, but their price was the lowest, for sure, for the service.
I would recommend them, as well as use them again.

I have been using Vania Brito’s service since last several years now. They were referred to me by a friend who couldn't stop praising them about the quality of their work. I experienced the same. Their work is great. Their price is reasonable. Staff seem reliable & trustworthy. They are very organized, arrive on timely basis and work through the house properly without much instructions.

This service was excellent! I purchased a 3 story house that was absolutely filthy from years and years of built up dirt. The two employees that cleaned it did a fantastic job, we were absolutely surprised at how clean it was after they were done. On top of that, they were able to make it happen on a short timeline so that we could move in to a sparkling clean house, all for a fair rate.

They are a bit pricy compared to the other companies we’ve used, but as long as the service is good enough, money is no issue. We used them for almost a year.
The dealbreaker was that the cleaners were pretty rough/violent when cleaning and ruined our newly installed wood floor, which we decided to not confront them as they were just started for two times. But a few times later, they broke an art piece, which they never told us until we found out ourselves. The owner had an awful attitude when confronted with what happened. We were very disappointed with their petty manner of handling the matter, and switched to a smaller business that is more respectful and reliable.

We have been very pleased with the services that we have received from Vania Brito’s House Service. My husband owns a construction company and they have been cleaning our office for over two years, maybe longer. The staff shows up when expected and they do an unbelievable job keeping our office clean. We have a small staff so we utilize them every other week, payment is easy and we have had no issues with anything. The owner is very receptive and communication has been good. I would highly recommend them.
