We’ve used this service for several years. They are good for the price. We have 1 of the same workers a majority of the time. We like having the same person who knows what’s expected. However, because it’s not always the same 2 person crew, cleaning can be inconsistent, at times. But for the price, we let it go. If prices increase, then we’d consider others

I have been using this cleaning service for over a year now. They're often available on short notice and have been a life saver for a busy and unpredictable schedule. I have four cats and cat hair/dandruff is a big problem for me. No matter who the service sends they do a quick and thorough job leaving the place spotless. They're detail oriented and tidy up my decor better than I ever could have. Thank you Brito!

We needed a deep clean at a house we were getting ready to sell as part of an estate. The house was a mess and we didnt believe many parts could even be cleaned. Not only did Vania Brito clean them, but the job they did was outstanding. It was obvious they take alot of pride on the work they do. Attached are before and after photos of one of the bathrooms.

We have been using Vania Brito’s services for bi-weekly house cleaning for many years. They are extremely dependable, reasonably priced and always do an excellent job! They always show up when they say they will and communication is excellent. We highly recommend this company for regular cleaning and for occasional deep cleaning as well.

The women were friendly and prompt and went to work immediately and never slowed down. In two hours they finished the job which usually would take much longer. I had a very neglected kitchen scrubbed down and woodwork that was dirty from my hardwood floors being refinished wiped clean. I couldn’t be more satisfied.

My mother-in-law has had some health issues and wasn’t able to keep up with the housework - the team did so well we almost didn’t recognize the house! So thankful they were able to work around our schedule.

We had a deep cleaning done at our home. I had a back issue and couldn’t get things done like I used to, needed some help. They did an unbelievable job , our entire house is spotless. I would highly recommend them and am going to have them clean on regular basis.

We have used Vania's Housekeeping Services for the last couple of years now and, overall, in terms of the Cleaning Service itself, the work has been more than satisfactory.

The Cleaning Team that is sent is extremely friendly and professional. They come in and do their work effectively and efficiently and our family has been very pleased with their Cleaning.

The issue that our family is having with them is with respect to their Scheduling.

On several occasions, we have been contacted to change our prearranged and scheduled Cleaning Time of 10:30 am without care or regard to our Personal Family Schedule which was organized around the Day & Time we arranged with Vania's Brito's House Services based on their availability and schedule.

On several occasions, we have been texted first thing in the morning, as early as 8:00 am, to see if the team can come within a 20 minute window during a period of time when we are trying to get ourselves ready for work and our small child ready for School.

We have let them know on several occasions that this would not work for us as we are trying to get ourselves ready for work and School, and that our preference is to have the Cleaning Team come later in the day as scheduled.

We let them know that having people in our space while we are trying to ready ourselves for the day is uncomfortable, chaotic, and simply does not work for us. We asked that a note kindly be made on our account that we would not be ok with them sending the team to our home so early and to please stop imposing that schedule on us.

On several occasions, we have been asked to have the team come after we have just left to do School Drop Off for our small child or to even go to a morning Doctor Appointment and to be prepared for their arrival within 20 minutes of receiving the text. Essentially telling us we need to drop what we are doing to rush home to let the Cleaning Team into our home.

To say the least, this has created a tremendous amount of tension, anxiety and unnecessary chaos for our Family.

We have relayed on several occasions to the Staff managing the schedule that this was not what we thought we were signing up for from a scheduling perspective and that trying to send teams in this manner was really not something that was working for us.

We asked that if it was absolutely necessary, that they please not come before 10:00 am and that we be allowed to provide their team with an electronic key to our back door so that we would not be put in a position to be pressured to rush home to let the team into the house and to avoid leaving our home unlocked.

We have a Kevo Lock on the back door which allows us to give a temporary key for access to our home for which we can set a schedule to grant or deny access to our home. To this, we were told that for "safety" reasons we would not be allowed to give the team a temporary electronic key.

This put us between a rock and a hard place because it did not allow any room for flexibility from a scheduling perspective and has created a situation where we are essentially at their mercy to have to be here at our home to let the team in to be able to do their work regardless of what we have going on in our Personal Family Schedule.

This idea that we should drop whatever we have going on to rush home to let the staff in is absolute insanity and, quite frankly, completely nullifies the point of even bothering to organize a scheduled time and day for the team to come if it can be changed on a whim and that focuses only on what is best for their company vs what is best for the client and customer especially when we are trying our best to come up with a reasonable solution that works for BOTH PARTIES.

Not allowing us to give an electronic key but wanting to be able to change the schedule to whatever and whenever suits them best is not what we would call good Customer Service.

To say the least, this has been the most taxing and irritating part of our experience with this cleaning company and frankly, given the Price for Services, is wholly unacceptable.

Great cleaning at a good price. Was easy to set up a meeting for regular monthly cleaning and they did a wonderful job. Favorite day of the week after they are done.

Great service! Better and more complete cleaning than I could manage myself! The crew is very reliable and management reminds me when they are due. Highly recommend!
