I have. I idea if they’re good or bad because it’s impossible to reach these people, if they do call you and leave u a message they require u to call back on a phn number that never answers, mail box is full, and they have no email to contact them, waste of time

My wife and I requested an estimate for using their cleaning services. They agreed to come the next day at a specific time. They never showed up, after waiting for an hour we called them to try and see what had happened. It went straight to voicemail and they never called back to explain what happened.

They were great! We needed a deep cleaning before putting our house on the market, and they did a fantastic job. They were response, on time, did great work, and prices were reasonable. Would highly recommend!

I couldn’t have asked for a more professional, efficient company to clean my home. They are very informative and explained everything before and after. Trowery Family Cleaning Copmany did an incredible job of flipping my home from disaster zone to an immaculate masterpiece. Not to mention the products that they use are safe and they smell amazing! I have never had any complaints with them. I find them to be excellent communicators, very professional, and they always go above and beyond cleaning my home. Not worthy for the price. Requested for a standard cleaning at my house with an initial quote price of $115, but received email response that they can only do at $125 and didn't agree for earlier negotiated price and was miscommunicated.

The cleaning was not at par and I'd say not worthy for quoted price, I had other cleaning teams performing better service and would definitely go with them in future. Their services didn't include kitchen sinks, clean appliance surfaces, general window cleaning etc. Did a rough kitchen counter wipe, bathroom cleaning and general vacuum and was done. Still there were some areas that were not cleaned properly and asked them to clean again. With that said, the bathroom was done well and didn't see much problem there.

I wish they could do other areas the same way and would have continued with them for this price. After this experience, I am going to cancel the contract with them and look to bring back old parties.

Massoni House Cleaning Service did wonderfull window cleaning and gutter cleaning at my house. Everything clear and flowing properly now. Also some inside home cleaning that left rooms tidy. Friendly cleaning lady who worked hard.

Highly recommend 3 Rivers Carpet Cleaning & Upholstery. Dan is very friendly, professional and does a great and thorough cleaning job on carpets. His prices are extremely fair and can’t be beat.

I hired 3 Rivers Carpet & Upholstery cleaning to clean 3 rooms, 2 carpeted staircases, a modular sectional, a mattress, and area rug before renting my place out to tenants.
Dan got back to me quickly with a quote, and pricing was VERY competitive and much more fair over 3 national brand cleaners that I got quotes from, so I immediately scheduled. It was also nice to support a local service.
Dan was very friendly and thoughtful with the clean - pointing out that some of my furniture with metal legs could cause rust from the moisture, and put some plastic tabs under them to prevent rusting/staining. He showed up a bit early to scope out parking, and was done in a reasonable amount of time. Carpets were dry to the touch by the evening.

Would highly recommend!
