Jesse was amazing! I’ve never hired carpet cleaners before and I was required to with my move out from my landlord. So I was nervous and had no idea who to hire and what the normal cost is. I went on Thumbtack and his company was one to reach out with a very reasonable quote. Super easy to book. I didn’t have to call anyone which is a huge plus. Communication was quick and easy to follow via text. I saw Jesse already had great reviews. He showed up a half hour early (but he contacted me first asking if that was ok but would wait if it wasn’t. He was super friendly (but not fake), explained everything perfectly, even said possible issues with the type of crappy (my words - not his) carpet it was, and got done in a half hour tops. Even charged me less than what was quoted cuz my hallway wasn’t as big. That carpet now looks better than when I first moved in 5 years ago. HIGHLY recommend.

I reached out to Premier Carpet Care a few weeks ago for a last minute cleaning for the carpet on my steps. Jesse was absolutely fantastic - the carpet looks brand new again. I plan on bringing him back to bring some life back into my hardwood floors!

Very pleased with our service! I asked Jesse to attempt a near miracle by hoping he could clean some "vintage" 1970s wall to wall shag carpets in our recently purchased home. He was a great communicator, managed my expectations AND delivered great results. He also cleaned and sealed the vintage bathroom floor tile and it looks great.

Excellent work! My carpet cleaner called in advance, arrived on time and got to work. The results were 5 Star. My carpet is plush, a light color and over 30 years old.
