Souza provided us with a deep clean before the birth of my third baby. They worked hard and did an amazing job. Stefanie was so responsive and helped answer any questions I had. I am extremely pleased with the process and end result. Would definitely recommend!

I reached out to Souza Maid Services via Google and they were the fastest business to reply. The owner was able to give me a quote over the phone based on my description and said the cleaners would verify the quote on the day-of based on the actual condition of the home. The quote I received day-of matched what she told me over the phone so I was pleased with that. The workers were friendly and easy-going. My dog gets stressed around strangers and they were patient with me as I moved him from one room to another in the middle of the clean so they could clean the whole house. Their English-language skills were limited but they were patient as we communicated and used a cellphone to assist when necessary. Their primary language is Portuguese. The overall quality of the clean was incredibly high and I’m very satisfied with the service they provided. I will definitely use this business again for my future home-cleaning needs!

Customer service was exceptional! The cleaning service went above and beyond. The ladies were very friendly and on time. I especially liked the personal service of folding my towels, blankets and paper products! I've booked my next 2 appointments already!

Stephanie, the owner is personally involved in making sure that our needs are fully understood and communicated, and she follows up regularly to ensure that we are satisfied. And we always are! I fully recommend this service! I’m from out of town with my mom in the hospital here and the house needing to be cleaned prior to her return. I found them online and spoke with the owner within the hour of my request, was instantly pleased. Arranged a cleaning in two days and the crew were fast, professional, and excellent. I wouldn’t change a thing. The owner checked in on me at the beginning of the cleaning to be sure all was well. I’m sure this house hasn’t been so clean in the last 49 years ;). The service, responsiveness and ease to transact was exceptional. I will be sure to use them in the future.

The crew did a fantastic job. They were efficient and thorough, and even offered to help me take my belongings out to the truck. I was under a time crunch when scheduling, and they were able to get me booked for the very next day!

We have been so working with Stephanie and her team for quite some time. They are professional, they are responsive and they are great at adjusting to your cleaning needs. They manage all of my STR business in Pittsburgh and we have been very pleased to say the least. I really wanted to be satisfied with this company but unfortunately that was not the case. We did a move in clean which was expensive and very subpar. The house was not in a particularly dirty condition prior to clean. In fact we did have the floors refinished and I informed them to not even worry about the floors. I expected focus on kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms. I found several areas of dirt and dust. In fact, all three main bedrooms were neglected. A THICK layer of dust was on the shelves of all bedroom closets. I liked the owner so much so I considered not leaving this review. However, she told me she would get back to me 3 weeks ago and never did. Would not recommend for a move in clean.

From the start this was a smooth process! The cleaning done was phenomenal and has my house looking great for listing. Very friendly staff as well. I would highly recommend working with Souza Maids!

Absolutely wonderful!! I had asked for a deep clean of my home and Souza delivered!! I would definitely use them again. They were very thorough, doing our baseboards and even wiping out our fridge! My house hasn’t looked this good in years!
