I tried to deviate from using giant eagles dry cleaning service, and I used them instead. I asked about sewing a button on a pair of suit pants and altering a different pair of suit pants. They confidently said they could do it.

They took in my suit pants and made them way too small and left nothing to be let out. Not to mention they didn’t actually put the button back on the other pair despite charging me for it.

Needless to say $50 for the services + a pair of suit pants down the drain. Just go somewhere else for anything other than a simple dry cleaning.

This place was the first dry cleaner I ever used. I've been here twice, and they did such a good job that I have been SO disappointed in other cleaners I have tried! My clothes came back better, clean and crisp each time. I never had to ask for anything to be starched, steamed, or creased, they just did it!! I've brought wool pants, wool blazers, and wool shirts. Each came back pristine and I was so surprised. Prices are really good too! I have since moved away from Pittsburgh and I wish I could take my clothes back here again. :(

These days a lot of companies don't listen to what you want. Obsessive Cleaning Disorder is NOT one of those companies. They stayed within my budget and cleaned exactly what I wanted and did it amazingly well! I have them scheduled to come back & can't wait to see the results! I absolutely recommend them!!

Any company that trivializes a mental disorder as this company needs to take a deep, long look in the mirror. OCD is not a quirky personality trait that makes you clean. It is a debilitating disorder that can ruin relationships, careers, and lives. It’s shameful to assume otherwise, especially from a company that claims to cater to neurodivergent customers.

We contacted obsessive cleaning disorder for a last minute move in clean. The owner was able schedule us the same day within a few hours. I appreciated being kept in the loop about the cleaning progress and what was already done throughout the whole experience.

The townhouse was 1.5 bath, 3 bedroom, and 1500 sq. The total cost for us was 7 billable hours or $420. This was pricier than anticipated but worth it since they were saving our day.

The clean was very good. Some of the downstairs window sills, glass, and panels were missed but overall we would recommend obsessive cleaning disorder in a pinch.
