Very professional cleaning service with great people all around!

This is hands down the best cleaning service I've ever used. They use environmentally safe cleaning products, they are always on time and professional, and the staff is great. I highly recommend.

I'm a single working mom so LET ME TELL YOU what a relief it was to come home to sparkling clean home! It felt like coming home to a yoga class or a big glass of wine. The weight of cleaning lifted off of my shoulders made me feel like I was floating! One big thing I didn't have to worry about and I could spend more time with my kid (or, in reality, having a nice big glass of wine in my sparkly kitchen!)! I have 2 dogs and there was no more dog hair in sight. Even my spindles and bannister were cleaned. My house smelled like a moderately price candle for days. I can't say enough good things about SHC, their responsiveness and flexibility. My cleaner was thorough and fantastic and the price was great! I can't wait to use them again. SHC helps me enjoy my wine!!!

We use SHC to do our regular maintenance cleaning and we’re overall pleased. We asked for their help during a recent move, specifically to address a stove/oven that clearly had not been cleaned in years. In their defense, it was a very tall task. So for the moving/“deep” our request was to focus only on the master bath and stove/oven.

The master bath was cleaned well. At the end of the job they informed my husband the oven was tough, they did what they could, and the burner cover and grates would surely need soaked for days. This sounded very reasonable given the condition it started it.

When I arrived to the new house I discovered only the top/visible surfaces of the oven and stove had been cleaned. There was dog hair and built up dust in the oven seal which only took a rag/butter knife to adequately remove. The under side of the warming shelves and all handles were still sticky with grease. Photos below.

I fully recognize this was a challenging request, and the grates and burner covers did need soaked for days, but the aforementioned areas were big disappointments especially since not disclosed in the feedback at the end of the job.

I have several pets. A dog, a cats, and a bird, all under one messy roof. I had an assortment of pet hair and feathers, and just couldn't keep up with the cleaning. At first I was a little nervous about cleaning companies because of the pets, especially the bird. He's a cockatiel and is sensitive to strong smells. I met with Heather and she talked about the cleaning products and how they're pet-safe. My critters never minded a thing. The staff was good about working around animals. I did a meet & greet the first time they came over to make sure they were comfortable. After that, they scheduled cleanings while I was at work and I come home to a spotless house!

Shiny Happy Cleaners are terrific- on time, thorough and completely reliable. We use them for regular cleaning for us and as partners when we Airbnb our home. I highly recommend!!

I used Shiny Happy Cleans a lot while I was doing Airbnb in my house and they always did a great job. I trusted leaving a key with them and they could come and take care of everything while I was out of the house. I thought they were a good value and they did a great job with the place.

After trying several cleaning services in Pittsburgh, we are sooooo happy to have found Shiny Happy Cleaners.

Although a little more expensive than other services, it is WELL worth the extra cost. In addition to a great, throughly clean house, we’ve had the same cleaner consistently (and Latoya is wonderful all around) and excellent communication from the staff (Heather and Renee are both lovely folks too!)
Bonus is the products they use are all more green and safe for the environment (and our family and pets.)

They’ve also been very thoughtful about adjusting services in order to keep working safely during the pandemic.

I travel a lot. I have Shiny Happy Cleaners keep my home clean and neat whether I am in town or not. They are reliable and trustworthy. They are very flexible as far as scheduling is concerned. The service they provide is of good value and I trust them.
