Used Souza Maids for an extensive deep clean of a very large home. They spent hours cleaning, and paid attention to every little detail. They did an absolutely exceptional job. The house looked completely spotless, pristine, and beautiful!! I cannot say enough good things about them. I highly recommend.

Well I never hired a cleaning company before. I was leary to let strangers into my home. I felt very comfortable after setting up the appointment with the owner. The 2 girls showed app on time and cleaned very thoroughly.My kitchen... My bathroom... My bedroom... And my living room. All I Can say is wow what a great job they did. This is the only cleaning service I use in the Greater Pittsburgh Area. I have hired and fired dozens of teams as they didn't meet my standard. Souza is excellent. As an owner of more than 65 multi-family apartment units, luxury air bnb's, and furnished units, I only use Souza. This team is the most professional maid service I have ever worked with, with extreme attention to detail, unwavering punctuality, and impeccable scheduling organization + flexibility.

This service is the best!! I found Souza on Google after a previous cleaning service ghosted me for two days. Stephanie was super friendly and helpful over the phone, and we were able to get me booked for two days later. I received email confirmation and a calendar event immediately after the phone call.
The day of the cleaning, the team was very respectful of my house and paid tremendous attention to detail. There was no corner, doorframe, baseboard, or even top of fan left with even a speck of dust. The previous tenants had left the house quite dirty; I’ve included before and after photos of the kitchen floor (I gave it a little sweep in the first photo, the second photo was after the Souza crew was done with it). The team was able to get stubborn pigment stains out of the shower floor, the inside of the fridge and oven look as good as new. All in all, I am thoroughly impressed with Souza Maid Service, and I will most definitely be giving them a call for any future cleaning services I may need.

Very excited to say that Premier Carpet is absolutely wonderful, will never use Zerorez or Stanley Cleaner ever again. My carpets are cleaner than I have ever seen them, Jesse communicated arrival time, took the time to listen to my concerns and was very professional. Jesse is very friendly and professional. He arrived on time, took a look at the place and explained to me the cleaning process including the stuff he uses before he started cleaning. My apartment looked new and smelt very nice afterwards. You will also find his price very reasonable and competitive. Highly recommend!

We needed our carpets cleaned in a pinch. Jesse was very accommodating with our schedule and tight timeframe. He was extremely easy to work with and does an amazing job! We have 3 dogs who have done a number on our carpets/ steps over the years. Instead of us buying new carpets, he made the old ones look like new! I wish I would’ve gotten before and after pictures. You will not regret hiring him!

Jesse with Premiere Carpet Care was excellent to work with. We just purchased a home and had to coordinate remotely. I contacted Premier through Yelp and received a response within minutes. We communicated easily through text messaging and got an appointment scheduled quickly. Jesse showed up on time and finished the entire house in about an hour and a half. I also received before and after pictures of all rooms. I definitely recommend Premier Carpet Care carpet cleaning and the many other surface cleaning services they provide.

Jesse did a great job cleaning our carpet. He explained what he was going to do first and we walked through the house to point out specific areas of concern. Overall, we are very pleased with the job Jesse performed.
