I had an amazing experience with David (if I recall his name correctly) from Stanley Steemer! From start to finish, he was extremely professional, thorough, and so communicative especially since I wasn’t home during the service. He kept me updated every step of the way and even sent detailed before-and-after photos so I could see the results in real time.

David was incredibly knowledgeable about Stanley Steemer’s products and explained everything clearly, which gave me full confidence in the work being done. The carpets look fantastic, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free.

Highly recommend David for anyone needing top-notch service. He truly went above and beyond!

Ryan and Steve from Stanley Steemer did an outstanding job at my home. They handled both the carpet cleaning and the air duct service professionally, thoroughly, and with great attention to detail. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what they were doing and why it mattered.

The carpets look refreshed, and the air ducts feel noticeably cleaner. They were efficient without rushing and made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. It’s not always easy to find technicians who combine strong technical skill with excellent customer service, but Ryan and Steve absolutely delivered.

I would gladly request them again for future services.

First class all the way! I can't say enough good things about Garrett and Steve. Extremely professional. Very efficient and hard working as well. Any time you have people come into your home to do work you hope for the best. We got it in these guys. Will absolutely use Stanley again and ask for the same crew.

Highly UNSATISFACTORY work! We hired them to get the carpets cleaned but there are stains all over! They were extremely arrogant and rude to talk to. Their attitude and way of responding was, as if they doing the work for free! They skipped a few stairs to clean for which we paid more than $100! When we asked them to clean it, the person said. “We are frustrated and trying to keep calm!” They are frustrated people who do not want to work at all! DO NO RECOMMEND them! You will waste your money! We paid around $700 for just carpet cleaning and still there are soiled areas. They DO NOT COOPERATE at all! I am sharing the pictures with this post.
