They are always good about finding a way to get me in their schedule so I can get my gutters cleaned. I prefer to be home when they do it and often don't know that they're there when I am. At one point they put what they cleaned out in plastic bags for me to possibly know what was taking out? I would be most appreciative if they would consider taking before and after photos when they do work so I know that something was done. These could easily be sent to me via an email.

I was quickly given a quote and was able to get on their schedule right away for the windows of a commercial property I had going up for lease. They did a great job on all of the glass interior & exterior windows and were very pleasant!

My first time using Fish Window Cleaning and I'm well-pleased. I bought two 3-story buildings and remodeled them top to bottom/realizing when we were done the windows hadn't been done in years. Called Fish - great response/texting me and even let me know to get the screens out and they'd come back. (my Rookie mistake). Very pleasant and the windows look marvelous. Chad was friendly and professional. Will use again for sure!

They came while we were out. There were leaves and debris all over our yard and we had to get them back to clean up. Then a few months later we have water running over the gutters. I wonder if they even cleaned them.Addendum:
Chad has been wonderful since this incident. They came out and cleaned without cost. We are so happy to have them install gutter shields soon.

Chad's team did an excellent job on my windows. Especially when working from home in the winter months it's really great to have more light coming through the house. I recommend their affordable service.

I just had all the windows, patio doors, and screens (inside and out) cleaned by Fish Window Cleaning. They did an outstanding job. Followed Covid procedures and the two workers who came were very personable. Would highly recommend.

I’ve used FISH a couple of times for window cleaning and they have always done a good job. What’s really impressive, though, is their customer service. The last time they came to clean, an AC unit fell out of one of the windows and was damaged. It was a situation where the company could have easily tried to push the blame on us for not properly securing AC, but instead the owner contacted me immediately and said he would do whatever necessary to make it right. They comped the cleaning and mailed us a check that day to cover remaining cost of AC unit. My boyfriend and I were so impressed by how professionally and kindly they handled everything. You can trust this company. Will definitely hire again!

We couldn't ask for a better window cleaning service!! Chad and his crews are impeccable!! He always makes time for us and goes above and beyond his call of duty with our needs. And sometimes, they are very outlandish!! But that doesn't stop him from still putting his best foot forward and getting the job(s) done for us. They are fast, punctual, professional and courteous. I will never take our business elsewhere. We are lifers!!!

The folks at Fish got back to me promptly, much better than other services I contacted. They acted very professionally both in email and in person. They came out very quickly in spite of the holidays and cleaned up all the mess. Their price was reasonable. Definitely someone I would use every year.

They did a really nice job on my windows and cleaning my gutters. I have a lot of large windows and they cleaned every one really well. They also were very responsive accommodating schedules, and the crew was very respectful. I will definitely refer this company to others.

Cleaners did not really care when I have noticed my 2 windows are still dirty. Just went away after simple soap and sqeeze them. Management was notified windows need extra attention while cleaning 1 week before cleaners arrival.

Very good experience from start to finish. The team is very responsive, worked with my schedule, courteous, and most importantly the windows look great. The window washer also went the extra mile to get to windows that were hard to access.

My dog chewed a section of carpet. I called Pittsburgh Carpet Restore and spoke to Don, who was very knowledgeable and friendly. He asked for a photo of the damage, gave me a fair estimate for the repair, and we scheduled a time. The time was confirmed on the day before the appointment by text message.

On the day of the appointment, I received a text from Don indicating that he was on his way and when to expect him. He was on time and very pleasant. He put up with my dog who loves the attention of new people. He worked with the small amount of available remnant carpet I had for the repair and made it for seamlessly into the damaged area. He worked to make the carpet blend with the wear we already have in the room. We can’t tell the it was patched.

I’ve utilized Don’s services twice now and I couldn’t speak more highly of him. He showed up on time, was extremely kind and friendly (towards me and my dog - the reason for Don’s visit lol). His work was amazing, you couldn’t even see where my dog decided to tear up the carpet. I would recommend him to all of my friends and family for all of their carpet needs.

While vacuuming I tore my Berber carpet in 2 areas. We thought we would need to replace the carpet, but Don came to the rescue! I chose Don's Pittsburgh Carpet Restore after reading his reviews and seeing his work online. Don was so accommodating, courteous and knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job! My carpet now looks perfect. I can't tell anything was ever wrong.

I have used ‘Cleaning Innovations’ for about 7 years now. About 2 years ago I had a make up stain on my carpet so I figured make up remover would get it out. Well it did get the make up stain out but then it caused a bleach stain on my new carpet and it turned it from gray to ivory and just looked awful. I was just about to have a carpet installer come to cut out the stain and put a new piece of carpet in.

Cleaning Innovatiins told me about their new subsidiary company that can ‘dye’ carpet so I had them try to fix my bleach stain. I figured it couldn’t end up any worse than it already was. Because of Pittsburgh Carpet Restore my carpet still looks brand new!! I didn’t need to call a carpet installer. This would have cost me about $300 from the carpet installer because I called and got a quote. It was far less than that and there was literally no mess and my carpet currently looks ‘good as new’ now thanks to Pittsburgh Carpet Restore!! Since my first bleach stain I’ve had ink stains, pet vomit and poo stains, permanent marker stains, grease stains and literally Pittsburgh Carpet Restore has kept my carpet perfectly beautiful!
