Extremely disappointed. The cleaners didn’t even take out the trash, and customer service showed little interest in fixing the problem. Basic cleaning tasks were missed, and the follow-up experience was just as bad. I won’t be using this company again.

We’ve used building stars for 7 years now, and John S. Is the worst cleaner our family has ever had working with us. Trying to figure out other options as we navigate a new cleaner.

We’ve used building stars for a few years now, we’ve always been iffy on the service. We are contemplating on trying to replace John & his staff with Clyde who we’ve heard good things about through FB. Hoping the change of cleaning teams will provide better results.

I seen danhangman’s viral youtube video regarding his cleaner not doing a good job. We also have John cleaning our office in Washington and it has been bare minimum effort on the cleaners part. Paper clippings and rubber bands left on the ground, dead bugs near the doorway not being cleaned, and you can sort of tell they don’t always take their time. Never expected to see someone else having the same issue with the same cleaner as me.

We have used Buildstars amongst all of our properties and it is safe to say that these guys and gals take their job serious. Attention to detail, fair pricing, and good customer service allows this to be a care free concern in regards to keeping our sites safe and clean.

I work at a church and preschool. We had issues with our previous cleaning company. When we started with Buildingstars I had a good feeling it was going to be different. Clyde and his crew clean our facility and I never have to worry about the quality. They communicate and ask to let them know about any issues we see. So far, not one issue. And people from Buildingstars have checked in regularly. It's really amazing!

Kande Carpet Services cleaned our carpets today. The crew of Isaiah and Sam did a fine job, didn't rush to get done and had good attention to detail.

Booking appt. was easy and fast. Worker called first to let me know what time they would arrive. When 2 gentlemen arrived they were very nice, polite and professional and I felt very comfortable with them. They started & finished the job in a timely manor. Those two gentlemen ended up going WAY above and beyond what was required of them (I had them stretch the carpet also). That ended up being a harder than normal job because of the way my carpet had been tacked down. They took on the task anyhow with no complaints. Some other companies may have just said, no we cannot do that and walked away but not these two. My old dirty (but not worn out) carpet, thanks to Kande Carpet Cleaning and my two men that did the job looks ABOLUTELY wonderful and is good to go for a few more years I hope thanks to Kande Carpet Cleaning. I have told coworkers and friends about this company and would recommend them to all. Thanks guys - you were GREAT!

Kande came to stretch several rooms of carpet that had many wrinkles & waves. They meticulously repaired the carpets & then steam cleaned them. It made the carpet look brand new. I highly recommend. I only wished I called them sooner.
