They have been doing my orientals for 15 years and do a great job and have fair pricing. I highly recommend them.

Really nice guys! My carpet came back looking a little bit brighter but still rather dull. Not sure if it was because it won't come clean or because their process is insufficient.

I called Mark at South Side Carpet Cleaning to clean my area rug. After confirming SEVERAL times that it would be $120 to clean and deodorize the rug if I dropped it off, my husband and I loaded the rug in the car and drove over. When we got there Mark totally changed his story and told me deodorizing the rug would be an additional $50. Since I had told him on the phone that I only paid $350 for the rug, we turned around and left. SO BEWARE! Mark will lie to you on the phone to get you into the shop. SO DISAPPOINTED!!!

This place worked wonders! The carpets they cleaned feel softer than my much newer ones. I go barefoot all the time now just to enjoy them. The guys were also happy to help me with my furniture. I will happily use them again.

Jason did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. He was detail oriented and thorough with spots and cleaning up to the edges. He was careful moving the furniture like it was his own. He was extremely professional, pleasant and very patient answering my questions. Also, South Side Carpet Cleaning is very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

They came within a few days of my call, picked up my area rugs, cleaned them very well, and brought them back in a week, placing them perfectly, and at a great price.
