They start out ok and within a month start short cutting the process. Cobwebs and lousy cleaning thereafter. New Crew 3x and same every time. Come to find they're using my cleaning equipment and cleaning supplies when they promised to use their own. And the people they said were going to clean, from the last crew, switched people on me. The area supervisor disappeared and was replaced, but nobody told us. When I finally got in contact with the NEW supervisor to tell him about this issues, we talked for 5 minutes and he got another call, said he'd call me back, but never did all week. That friday I called and left him another message, but still he didn't call back. I could not fire them as intended. So they got another week. They brought a child onto our premises without our authorization. There's been no evidence produced that this child was of working age, much less insured or bonded. I witnessed him sloppily running a vacuum though and didn't want to make a scene in front of what might be his father. Neither he or the adult man brought cleaning supplies or equipment. I called the district manager since the area supervisor wasn't returning my call. This person is billing me for the last two weeks! They made it impossible for me to submit my issues for the first of the last two weeks. They made it impossible for me to fire the crew. But they insist on billing me. Not sure if I'm going to pay it. What a SCAM!

This company is terrible! The cleaning staff does the bare minimum- if they even show up! Our office was so filthy that patients would complain. If they cannot make their cleaning date, there is no communication to even the managers that they didn’t clean. A month after the separation date, we had to call on our attorney because they wouldn’t return our keys. Stay away!!!

The director is a piece of work! There not for there partners at all! Bad communication skill and don’t take up for them at all. They underpay and lie a lot. Makes you feel like your working for them and not yourself! There only about there money they have no interests in helping the cleaners out what so ever! I will not recommend them to anyway also they have a lot of hidden fees and payment they don’t share with you in your meeting so be careful!

My account managers at buildingstars Kayla and Marybeth have been wonderful in less than three months I currently have five accounts and one in the making. They are professional and they answer all my questions in a timely manner. I am excited for my future with them and can’t wait to be the boss that I know I am!!

I brought into this franchise back in April 2019. Since day one Jeff Has been so amazing! Making sure to give me clients at least once a month! This was the best choice i ever made in my life! Building stars is simply amazing! I would recommended anyone to either buy into the franchise or at least let them clean your commercial building!

Our church, where I am a member, recently changed to Buildingstars. Honestly, I've never seen it so clean. I've had the opportunity to meet the gentleman who does the cleaning. He is very respectful. The Buildingstars account manager responds very quickly to any additional needs. Great change!

We have Building Stars as the cleaning company at our church. Terrible performance and service. Soap dispensers never filled, toilet paper always empty, cob webs in the hallway. Emails and texts to the technician and supervisor are met with excuses or ignored completely. I am already in the process of getting quotes for a new cleaning company as soon as our contract ends! Very frustrated customer!

Buildingstars was very quick to respond for a quote for service to clean my Church. Their prices are competitive and their schedule flexibility was much appreciated. They’ve been cleaning the building for a couple months now and their work is quality.

Buildingstars, Erica specifically, cleaned our commercial office on Mt. Washington for years - AssuredPartners/TJS Insurance. Always an excellent job! We only wish we could have taken this vendor with us when we moved locations, but the new location comes with cleaning included. If we start having issues with them, I know who we will be reaching out to first!

They are contracted with cleaning our offices and service has been subpar. Our bathrooms are constantly missed among other areas, and we have gone back and forth with them about this with no change.
