Excellent response rate and outstanding turn around time. Customer very satisfied with the cleaning work as well. We used the services for a post-construction clean and will absolutely recommend to anyone living in the Pittsburgh area.

Cleaners do a fabulous job - I had to prod the owner a little to get the first cleaning scheduled but since then it’s been great, we are now getting a monthly clean and have been very happy with the work!

I have had this service twice so far. The cleaning teams of two come well prepared and know what to do. The communication is not the best as some do not know English very well, but it worked out OK. The quality of their work is excellent and so is their work ethic. I look forward to having them back again!

Be prepared to get the translation app on your phone. Most of the cleaners don’t speak English. Only Spanish or Portuguese. That was not a problem for us because the team was wonderful. Did a remarkable job. In the past month, however, 2 teams were scheduled for our house at the same time. Tried to reach Ashley, the owner, via phone, text, and email.
No response !! 2 weeks later, same scenario. 2 teams showed up !!
Again, tried to reach Ashley or her husband , Mauricio. Same deal - no response
Now, called Ashley’s cell phone, got a “scheduler” in Alabama who told me that my account was archived and nothing was scheduled. ( Expected them tomorrow)
This is clearly a very shady company. I have no idea what illegal activity they are involved in but I intend to steer clear of this company

We have been using Lima's Cleaning for about 2 years now. They are dependable and arrive at the scheduled time. They have responded well if there is a concern. When COVID-19 began, they started to offer a Lysol cleaning which we appreciated. Overall we have been pleased.

I’ve used Lima’s Cleaning Service for last year and have been pleased with the attention to detail on our bi weekly cleanings. I have used other cleaning services in the past but the owners of this business go above and beyond to train the employees to have the same cleaning process and assure no surfaces go untouched. Particularly with Covid, adding a Lysol treatment to our cleanings has been nice to rely upon Lima’s for the protection of our home and family.

My daughter and son-in-law bought a new home. My husband and I hired this cleaning service to freshen up the home and do a deep clean. The crew that was there was prompt, courteous, friendly, thorough and quick. They cleaned, literally, top to bottom and made sure they cleaned EVERYTHING!!!I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. We recently moved into a rental that had a lot of construction done. After the exhaustion of unpacking, we decided to hire a cleaning service to save our backs and time. Ashley was extremely responsive and was able to fit us in on very short notice. The service was great and everything was cleaned to my standards. I would definitely recommend to others. This was my first time buying this service and while it was pricey, it was well worth it.

I've used other cleaners over the years, and Lima's is the best, by far! Ashley, the owner, is professional and customer-friendly. The crews clean thoroughly, with appropriate care for my belongings. I've had them clean for me throughout the current virus-health concerns because of their level of care and attention to details. The crews wear masks and gloves, and observe social distancing. Hired for a deep clean after bathroom remodeling left every surface covered in dust. Team of 4 did a thorough job over 3 hours. So grateful for their hard work! Would hire again and highly recommend.

We’ve been using Lima’s Cleaning for a year now. We started with a deep clean in anticipation of our new baby coming home and followed up with a regular clean every 3 weeks. The deep clean was above and beyond what I expected. Every single surface, nook and cranny had been touched. They do a phenomenal job with every room with each regular clean.

As a busy working mom (with two under 3) its a great feeling to know the house is clean, one less thing to have to add to busy schedules.

The crew did an amazing job. Very professional and incredible attention to detail. We have a lot of woodwork and high shelving. The staff member took photos to show me how much clean it looked in the areas well above my sight line. Our bathroom has never been cleaner and the house smelled amazing. With two kids, 2 dogs and 2 cats that is quite an accomplishment!
