We called last minute to have help deep cleaning our 2 bedroom 1 bathroom house before my guests come and Leslie sent a crew the next day to help us! Karen and Victor were so nice and quick to help! Leslie A Cleaning is Phenomenal ! Super easy and convenient booking online. Appreciated the fact that they were able to get someone out to our home on a Holiday. I think this speaks volume about their company. Great customer service as well! Karen was the person who did our cleaning and she was great! She showed up on time. Our home looked really clean and smell good for days afterwards. Easy payments transfer As a millennial, we love this! No need to write checks or ensure that we need to be home to pay. Leslie’ An immediately responded to my request. She came to my place expeditiously and recommend a Deep Clean.

Her Staff came on 12-26-23. They came a half hour early. Her staff was incredible. They got right to work and worked vigorously throughout the appointment.

Their professionalism was impeccable and they never made me feel bad about my home. They told me I would be pleased when they were done and I was elated.

The characteristic that stuck out was their perfectionistic approach. They have high standards and they lived up to them.

Leslie’Ann provided exceptional service for a very challenging assignment on short notice. I live out of state and I needed to find someone to clean an apartment in Pittsburgh leased by my daughter and her spouse. The landlord sued them for eviction due to unsanitary conditions. I found Leslie’Ann via Google search for apartment cleaners in Pittsburgh. I resonated with the “before” and “after” pictures on their website; I thought, “that’s what we need.” I phoned them on a Friday at 3:45pm. I explained the situation. Leslie’Ann and her husband Jay exemplified a caring, can-do attitude. Jay did a walk-through of the apartment at 6:30pm. In a follow-up phone call, Jay provided a candid and respectful assessment and helpful suggestions of next steps. Leslie’Ann’s team of 4 started cleaning the apartment on Tuesday at 6:30am so that I would be able to return home that day. They did a spectacular job. I most highly recommend Leslie’Ann for any cleaning job, from routine to extreme.
