Groovy Maid did a final clean out for my daughters apartment and has started cleaning for my investment property that has an air bnb element to it. They have been really great to work with, their work is highly professional and their staff are awesome. On time, On budget and perform the work that is requested. Highly recommend them!!!! Our cleaner from Groovy Maid did a great job. We were moving into our new home which is about 2,400 sq ft, and the previous owner had left it an absolute mess. There was dust, dog hair, the bathrooms were filthy, etc. At the last minute, the cleaner from GM found out her coworker who was supposed to help her wasn't showing up. So she cleaned the whole house herself and stayed until the entire home was clean. I was worried with her being by herself that she would get lazy or not finish, but the house was all clean. I cannot thank Groovy Maid enough!

Tina was amazing. She was training a new cleaner and I could hear her explaining the extreme details of what she wanted. Floors, windows, cabinets were all shiny clean and the house smelled amazing. I never knew my stovetop would look like that (brand new)! Will definitely use again. Worth every penny.

We have used Groovy Maid on a biweekly basis for the last few months, and absolutely love them! Tiffany is our house cleaner and she is always so thorough. My husband and I both work full-time from home and have four kids, so you can imagine what our house looks like by the time She comes. She has been a blessing, and we highly recommend this cleaning service.

Tina and her crew of two other women did a great job at my grandmother’s. Her house was in pretty bad shape, it was a lot of cleaning and they did a fabulous job and stayed later then the allotted time to finish it up. I will definitely use this service in the future and would recommend. Staff was also very responsive when I had questions through email.

Groovy Maid provides an awesome service! They came to the rescue to clean a rental home that was occupied by college students. They were very professional, on time and did an exceptional job cleaning the bathrooms and kitchen. Will definitely use them in the future! I would give them 10 stars if that was an option!!

The communication with this company was terrible. I was emailed one time and texted another. When we called to confirm which one was correct it ended up being another completely different time. Then I received a text that the maid was running 1-2 hours behind. This was especially frustrating because we don’t live there yet and made a point to be there to let the maid in.

The maid, Tiffany, was very nice and professional and did a great job. However, there were several items from the move out special that were not completed.

For the cost of the service I received all items included with the package should have been completed and the communication from the company should have been better.

My experience with Groovy Maids was awesome! They did an excellent job making my new home move-in ready, and were up to the challenge of tackling a major pet odor problem! Would definitely use again.

I submitted a request over the weekend, hoping to be able to schedule later in the month and by Tuesday afternoon (48 or so hours later) my house was sparkling! A wonderful team and the cleaners that came were terrific with my dogs and able to clean in a way that I could continue to work remotely without interruption. My only regret is not calling sooner!

I was a bit scared after seeing some reviews, but my experience was amazing! I booked online about 3 weeks in advance, which was easy and awesome. I received my selected date with a one hour time window. The team of three ladies came within the time frame and were excellent! They laid out what they would do, and hit all my top marks for everything! Would highly recommend!

I work almost 50 hours a week and it’s safe to say keeping up with cleaning my house is a big stress in my life. I am floored with the amazing work they did and will definitely be signing up for a monthly service with them. They even vacuumed my cat tree which I was not expecting at all! Cherry on top. Thank you to the team that did my house, you have just made my day coming home to a perfectly clean home. ❤️

Unreliable. Services were not as offered. They responded quickly to a request for an appointment and seemed easy to book. They are apparently now under the chain "All Clean by Anabelle" The cleaner was very nice and even took the time to help our dog feel comfortable. The initial deep clean was scheduled for a few hours with a team of people. One person came and spent all day without completing all the tasks on the list. We then attempted to schedule a second clean and even took off work to allow for the cleaning to happen. We tried for three separate days to schedule. All visits were cancelled last minute. We then saw we were charged for a visit we never received. They immediately issued a refund but it was the last straw.

I just wanted a detail clean of my house due to just wanting to treat myself even though I clean every day. They did an AMAZING job! Very affordable and great quality. I'll never go with another company. The staff was super amazing altogether personalities and all. Groovy Maid is where it's at!

We were looking for some cleaning assistance after the birth of of first child to cut down on some chores and I've been very impressed with the service of groovy maids. They are responsive, confirm times multiple days in advance as a helpful reminder, and they do a great job on our house. I am especially impressed with how well they clean our floors and out kitchen/stove top area. Would definitely recommend.

I have used Groovy Maid in the past and they have done a great job. Unfortunately my house was not cleaned on the last appointment the person who showed up left after a few minutes. I was very confused when I went upstairs and no one was in the house.

I called Groovy Maids to ask where their employee had gone, and they said they would contact her. She claimed that the house was cleaned, but I promise it was not.

They ended up charging my card and the management will not call me back. It is hit or miss, but be prepared to be charged either way.

They did cleaning services for my home which has hardwood floors and 2 1/2 baths. They did a beautiful job and were very thorough and very professional. It was easy to set up the service and we will definitely continue to use them
