Leslie worked with me for a move out clean when I just moved across the country. They worked with me and were able to clean everything wonderfully while I was all the way on the other side of the country. She sent pictures after everything was cleaned and it looked wonderful. Highly recommend their services, I was nervous not being there but they made sure to make me feel comfortable and showed me the finished results!

I used Leslie'An Cleaning for a move-out clean of my 1-bedroom, 1070 square foot Pittsburgh loft next to Market Square, and I honestly wish their services were available in other states.

I found Leslie'An Cleaning after what felt like hours of frustration. I had contacted five other companies, and either they said they didn’t service downtown Pittsburgh (which made no sense), or they quoted prices close to a thousand dollars for a basic, carpet-free unit. I was nearly ready to give up when I discovered Leslie'An by what I now believe was the cosmo's working in my favor. They didn’t have as many reviews as big-name companies like Merry Maids or a few other popular providers, so I was hesitant, but I’m so glad I took the chance.

From the moment I submitted my quote request, the communication was fast, professional, and clear. Leslie'An responded within an hour, provided a fair quote, and explained everything that would be included. There were no gimmicks or surprises. I secured my appointment for June 27 by paying half of the quote via Zelle, and Leslie'An stayed in contact with me through text messages the entire time.

On the day of the cleaning, the team arrived exactly on time and got right to work. I assumed they would need about three to four hours, but I got a text just two hours later letting me know they were ready for a walkthrough. As soon as I stepped off the elevator, I could smell the clean - fresh Pine-Sol and bleach. It wasn’t a harsh, sterile smell. It reminded me of Saturdays growing up when the whole house had been scrubbed from top to bottom. It was the kind of clean that feels comforting and uplifting, like walking through the cleaning aisle at the store or laying down on freshly washed sheets.

The team did a fantastic job. They wiped down baseboards, cleaned the windows, and paid close attention to detail. But what truly impressed me was the kitchen and bathroom. The tub, toilet, stove, microwave, and refrigerator looked absolutely flawless. They seriously looked as close to brand new as could be. I found myself wanting to use the microwave again just to admire it.

Great experience with this cleaning company. I have a 4 bedroom 3 bath home and 3 women came to clean and had it done under 2.5hrs. They thoroughly cleaned everything and even made roses out of my bath tissue. The cleaners were very nice and respectful. I will definitely be using them again

Great cleaners. Too bad they don’t reply to emails or answer phone calls. So if you can’t get a response from them it makes it difficult to employ them. And I don’t care how well you clean if you can’t ever schedule a cleaning.

Fantastic cleaning, pathetic customer service. They never answer their phone or reply to emails. I've been trying to reach them for 5 days and not a peep. They have shown up on the wrong days, missed appointments altogether and can't be bothered to reply when you reach out. It's too bad because they do a great job.
