We needed a couple trees removed that were close to our house and difficult to get to. Charlie was very quick to respond and come out to give an estimate. His price seemed fair and was able to schedule us and complete the job within a week of us contacting him. We were not home as he worked but he kept us updated with texts and pictures. The job was completed professionally and efficiently. We will definitely hire his company again for any future tree and/or landscaping work. Charlie and his crew were very friendly and hard-working (we were able to watch them work, taking down a neighbor's huge pine tree.) - Suzanne and Mike

I have a cherry willow that grows like mad and each year presents a new trimming challenge. I ran into Charles while he was on a job in my neighborhood. He gave me an estimate and I agreed to have Titan perform the work. They did an excellent job! I was very pleased and would recommend their services.

I have tried and tried to work with this guy, and am writing this review out of desperation.

The 1st time I was going to work with him, I prefer paid him and he didn't do the job, was very hard to contact afterwards though at least gave me a full refund.

He reached out to me after I tried to reach out to him weeks ago, and said he could finally do the job. After scheduling and confirming the day twice, he doesn't show up and suddenly the number isn't accepting phone calls. I can't even with this guy!

Charles was very quick to respond, came out the next day with a great quote and work was started hours later. The crew was fantastic, and did a great job of cleaning out the entire yard, and pruning a couple of tries. Highly recommend!

Called Charles for a tree removal, his team was on it. They worked hard to remove a very large (70 feet!) tree from a tight space and did so without damage to my property, couldn't be happier with the removal.

Prompt service and a fair price for trimming trees on our property that are close to our house and have poor access. They hauled away all the debris (including bushes we had just ripped out ourselves) and left us a stack of neatly cut firewood as requested. They showed up early and finished quickly.

I recently worked with Charles to pretty drastically change the look of my new front yard. He met with me on a Saturday and by Wednesday, accomplished exactly what I had hoped for. Him and his team were efficient and great to work with. Highly recommended Titan Landscaping!

We had a need to remove two large black cherry trees from our backyard, and reached out to Titan late on a Friday afternoon. By Saturday morning, Charles was on site quoting the job, and by the following Wednesday, the trees were safely cut down (by Charles) and the stumps were ground down perfectly and the site was cleared. I reached out to Titan based on Google reviews like these, and can honestly say that Charles & his team are worth the call and investment. They are very pleasant to work with, courteous, and cost effective. On this job alone, Titan's quote was 50-60% of the cost that other big name tree companies quoted the job, and the quality of work was excellent. We'd absolutely use them again!

UPDATE: Like I said above, we'd absolutely use Titan again, and we did! We called Chuck to come look at a few trees and a heavy branch in our front yard that extended over our house. He came to look at them the next day, and within a week, the trees & heavy branches were gone, the stumps were ground, and the crew left the grounds with fresh soil, seed, and peat moss. It looks absolutely gorgeous! Can't recommend the Titan crew enough. My only regret is that I have nothing more for them to do at our property!

EXCELLENT EXCELLENT and efficient service. I found them on Google because I had an immediate emergency! These guys saved my home! A huge tree fell on my house from a wind storm about 4am . I just can't say enough about how professional caring and efficient they are and were. I called at 8:15am after searching and calling other companies with no success. They called me back immediately after and came out the same morning I think about 9am and started working to cut the tree down and removed all the tree debri. Charles the owner was extra careful and oversaw the entire project. When he was finished he took it a step further and put a tarp over my roof to protect it as much as he could until I could get a roofer. I will certainly refer them and use them again for any tree removal or tree emergency removal service. They are the best and I'm totally appreciative of everything. Thank you Charles and your crew for everything. My experience with you was great and stress less!

EDIT: One year later, I had a large tree fall over into another tree in my yard after a big storm. I of course called Titan. Charles and his crew did the dangerous work of making my yard safe again, and helped me work with my insurance company when the job ended up being bigger than we expected.

If you're like me and you'd rather work with a person than with some franchise, call Charles. He is going to do the job right, and he's going to work with you when the unexpected happens.

The before and after photos speak for themselves but I'm going to rave anyway: Charles and his team did an AMAZING job digging our house out of **years** of overgrowth after the previous owner wasn't able to maintain it. Paths that were unusable are now clear, trees that were choked with vines are now able to breathe, walls that were threatened by branches and roots are now safe. They got a frankly astounding amount of work done quickly, within the budget we had set, less than a week after I'd called him for an estimate. What more could a new homeowner ask for?

Charles knew immediately what was beautiful or special, and what should be taken out; our yard is filled with unusual plants, so that's no small feat. He clearly knows his stuff backwards and forwards. He appears to be a small-business owner who is running the entire show by himself, so show this guy some patience, and he will apparently move mountains for you.

Call him. Seriously, call him.

We have lived in our home for thirty-five years and have had several landscapers work for us over the years. Many of these did our mulching. This year Jared and his crew put down 11 yard of mulch and I must say that is was without a doubt the best job we have every had done. Everyone was very professional and responsive to our needs the ability to pay online electronically was a snap. We would highly recommend they to take care of any of your landscaping needs. You would be remiss if you did not and you will very pleased if you do. Check them out. They are great!!

I recently contracted with Jared Johnston Landscaping to give my front yard a completely new updated look.
I could not be happier with the results. Jared’s design is absolutely beautiful. I now have an array of unique shrubbery, accent plants and flowering plants. My neighbors tell me I have the WOW factor.
Jared is a perfectionist who puts a lot of time and thought into his design. I’ll now have beautiful color year round (doesn’t get better then that!).

The guys on Jared’s crew were the most knowledgeable, polite, hard working, friendly young men I’ve had the pleasure to work with.

Great attention to detail. Owner is involved to ensure project success and is hands on. Crew works hard and does high quality work. It’s clear that they all care about doing a good job and satisfying the customer. Hard to find that combination these days in the labor force!

Jared and his team removed our old tired landscape and completely redid it, transforming the look of our home. They were professional from beginning to end and worked quickly and efficiently. They support you through the maintenance process as well. Would have them back in a second will be asking them to do our yearly cleanup from now on!

Jared does a fantastic job. Be prepared for a high level of communication, attention to detail, and offering his expert suggestions. We pretty much went with every suggestion he made and began to just say "do what you think looks right." Prices were fair and competitive, and he trued up the contract at the end. I've not worked with anyone who reduced the cost of a project through decisions made throughout.

Jared and his team did an excellent job planning and completing our recent landscape project - he was upfront and transparent with his estimate and project planning, provided great new ideas to improve the end result and most importantly, delivered exceptional work in the agreed-upon time frame. We were lucky enough to find Jared and his company through friends of ours.
